Simple Houseware 43-Inch Heavy Duty Garment Bag w/Pocket for Dresses, Coats

The product will comfortably hold three men’s suits and two women’s gowns and jackets.

When received the zipper on the small pocket was not properly sewn in. With the first pull ithe part to open and close came all the way off. I was able to put it back on and finish the installation properly. It is now working as hoped for but initial sewing and inspection were sloppy.

Yes, this is an inexpensive garment bag. I didnt expect much. The material is lightweight but sturdy enough. It has handles at the top and bottom but no way to secure the two halves when folded together (when traveling). A couple of snaps, some Velcro - something. I flew just yesterday for a wedding with it and I had to get some two-sided Velcro to secure the two handles and the hook of the hanger all together. I would never check this. I was allowed to use this as a carry-on with Southwest. This is pretty much just a lightweight protective bag. Some simple improvements would make it much better.

Would have been better with a strap & something to keep it together when folded. Overall pretty good for the price & very roomy

This bag is perfect for my daughters costumes for dance recitals. I love the way it folds in half for easier carrying. Not sure I’d call it “heavy duty” but definitely worth the price.

This 60 inch Garment Bag made of heavy cloth material is great for covering a long Coat, Evening Wear Dress or long dresses or even a Tuexdo, etc. This is a great investment and Ill buy more.

Wrinkle-free

I was really expecting something more substantial. The material is very thin -- something like what they make cheap reusable grocery bags out of -- or what they sometimes ship shoes in. The pockets for shoes are too small -- I am a size 11 (mens) and I couldnt zip up one shoe, much less a pair. I am only using these to keep my uniforms together in a closet, but otherwise I wouldnt travel with this. I wish I tried one before I went all in for three, but like I said, since Im not going to be throwing these about, theyll do until I can find something more appropriate for travel when it comes to the point that I need to travel with suits.

I got rid of it. Two weeks after and got the one that folds into a bag much better use.
