Ordered the first set - one had no power, the other had power but would not pair to our 2.4g wifi. Ordered replacement set the same day, & they arrived the next day - both had power, but neither of them would pair to our 2.4g wifi. Complete waste of time and money. Returning both sets.

Yes It doesn’t work with Alexa . I read that and I thought they might mistakenly used it. It’s true! It doesn’t work with Alexa. I installed all needed app and it’s still not working. I returned it!

They do not stay connected and always turn themselves off. This is not a user friendly product.

Use 5 of these in the garage to turn all the ceiling lights on at the same time with an Alexa group and voice command. Used another one to turn out Christmas tree on and off via voice. Also use them for a living room lights group. There easy to set up and very easy to use.

Im familiar and proficient with WIFI/Bluetooth pairing. These little sockets were supposed to work but so far, I have not had luck with the pairing. You have to download yet another app to then connect to Alexa but their own app doesnt recognize them!! Waste of money and because I took too long trying cant return them.

It took me all day to link this plug to the app. I have multiple devices around my home and am very tech savvy. I have no idea how I finally got it to work but it was terrible and frustrating. Then once it finally worked (after trying the exact same thing all day), it doesnt even connect to Google home. Cool. Doesnt work with the Smart Life app like I thought so I had to download ANOTHER app called Teckin that doesnt work with Google home.

Disappointed that I couldnt program and use the item. Spent 45 minutes trying to no avail.

This plugs are good, they connect with alexa and are easy to control through both phone or voice commands (its easier if you assign them a name, ex. “Bedroom plug”) Have had them for over a year and love them, not as bulky as the amazon ones

I recommend going with a name brand. These are cheap and a few worked but the majority of the ones I got (8 total) will not even connect. Really frustrating.
