Sony WH-1000XM4 Wireless Premium Noise Canceling Overhead Headphones with Mic for Phone-Call and Alexa Voice Control, Black WH1000XM4

Headphones were great for 8 months. Then they stopped charging. 30 seconds on Google shows that this is an incredibly common problem for this model, but somehow Sony customer service isnt aware of this issue?

If you are a frequent flyer these are a must have. Very comfortable, has connectors for every plane I have flown on.

I had 6 year old Bose, noise cancelling headphones that I thought were irreplaceable, but the Sony WH-1000XM4 completely changed my mind.

Sound quality was amazing due to which im giving it 2 stars but the worst part is the frequent drop in the calls and its not good if you are doing exertions as sweat makes it difficult to hold and it keeps falling if you are doing any bench press. Finally returned it but wish they had those issues taken care of during the built. I did try the firmware updates to resolve with call issues but didnt work for me. Ended buying Airpod pro and loving it

Good sound, its 2022, almost 3 years with no issues for a solid price.

I am a college student who lives at home, noise canceling headphones are a must when I study at home. These work so great and the sound quality is amazing the app is very easy to use and you can customize so many things in the headphones! I’ve never owned anything other than AirPods but these are so comfortable and cute! I got the gray ones and I was scared they would look more tan than gray, they are a beautiful shade of light gray! I love them. Definitely recommend

I loved my XM2s and had high hopes for these. My main issue is that during Zoom calls sometimes the voices from other speakers becomes distorted and I have to turn them off and turn them back on interrupting the meeting. I have used all updates and this has happened multiple times. Other than the video conference audio issues, these sound great and the noise canceling is excellent when traveling.

Bought the Sony WH-1000XM4 and the Bose NC 700, so I could test both and choose one. Use cases: home office, small children, lots of conference calls, sometimes taken on the go. Ill use it with both my work laptop (Mac), my phone (Android), and my keyboard (home and church). I was looking for great noise cancellation, decent call quality, and versatility as the key aspects.

I really love the feel of them. Theyre much lighter than I expected, and I can lay back comfortably with them without any edges bumping on my chair. It makes for a great listening experience.
