These headphones range from phenomonal to good in all aspects. The worst thing about the headphones is the noise cancelling is weaker compared to the strongest ANC on the market, but the noise cancelling is still great. The app is good, but could be confusing for some and is by no means perfect. Where these headphones really shine is sounds quality, ergonomics, and reliability. There might be some headphones with better sound quality than these, but they are far and few in between. You can listen to music for hours and hours and hardly feel uncomfortable at all, I myself have fallen asleep with them on many times. If you are taking calls with them then they might get a little uncomfortable in an hour or so. As far as reliable these headphones are, I havnt dropped mine many times, but I have slept on them and left them in the steaming bathroom during a shower and they have had zero drop in function from that. The noise cancelling is good but has an annoying wind noise if you put them next to a fan.

I am really dessapointing with this headphones, the battery life is regular it goes down to quickly, connections issue with my 2 phones, sometimes my touchpad stops working, and the last issue is that the headphones turns off even if I am wearing and watching a video.

I should say Im blown away by this amazing headphone. I have owned many headphones, and Im ready to say I have arrived! This headphone nails it in every category I care about: sound quality, battery life, bass, comfort, look, etc. The quality of music is already good in wireless mode, but if you want to see what this headphone can do pair it wired with a dedicated Daq (Im using arcam-rpac). Great work Sony!

excellent device

Head phones work fine and can connect 2 devices at once - phone and laptop - which is super useful. Everything was fine for the first 6 months (bought Sep 2020) but today the left cup just broke from the harness. When I called support they say its considered physical damage and will not cover it with warranty. Disappointed with Sony.

Wow, these are incredible. Sound quality is awesome, noise cancellation is so good it’d almost unnerving. Expensive but well worth it
