Its a quality outlet tester that youll pay a few bucks more for than a budget version. Works as intended. I would use this tool professionally if I were a home inspector.

Never use one of these before, but I was testing outlets in the house just to see what would happen with the different outlets and actually found an outlet where the ground was never attached when the house was built

Works the same as they always do and did, including the flaw that wont correctly identify a dangerous condition. Look up reverse polarity bootleg and youll see what Im talking about.

Item was delivered as promised. I use this tester not only in my home but also to check the main breaker at the campsites I have visited to ensure that the polarity is correct before connecting my travel trailer to the 30 amp service. The indicator lights make it easy to verify

This is a good tester aside from the fact some readings may give false positives. It told me i had hot/ground reverse when i really had a missing neutral.
