Im a buyer again at this point. I dont use tape often so my last purchase was Ordered on August 21, 2018 and the tape is just as perfect as the day I purchased it almost 2 years ago. I bought: Tape King Clear Packing Tape Super Thick 3.2mil - 60 Yards Per Roll (Pack of 6 Refill Packaging Rolls) I sure I paid around $13.00-$14.00. I hope this company keeps up the great work! This tape excels if stored for a while. My kind of tape! If they change the formula for less initial hold and future hold then Ill be disinterested.

After decades of using ye ol standby name brand clear packing/shipping tape Im glad to have tried this 3.2mil thickness Tape King tape. It is no doubt better in very way. Even the starter lip is easier so things were better from the start. It is stronger (great for a tighter pull), sticks better & rips true. Oh & yes it fits our ancient [but still available new] Scotch H180 Industrial Packing Tape Dispenser for 2 Tape. SCORE!

We send out a lot of boxes. Im always interested in reducing costs--but not at the expense of functionality. This tape is a little more flexible than the 3M, but only a little. It does have a bit of a smell (which doesnt persist), but optically its just as clear as the Scotch brand tape-- and its sufficiently strong enough to seal packing boxes. At half the price its a no brainer. Well be switching completely to this. If it were 95% of the cost, wed stick with the Scotch brand. At half price, especially given the amount of tape we use, were completely sold. Again-- if it were deficient in any way, we would not switch. This is a perfectly acceptable substitute. Follow up: we had to abandon this tape for an odd reason: if you use thermo printed labels and tape over them and if the packaging is exposed to heat or sunlight, the printing disappears. This does not happen with 3M. If it weren’t for this issue we would still be using the tape. And if you’re not using thermo printed labels and taping *over* them, then it shouldn’t be an issue.

Good for making up boxes for food boxes

There are better tapes out there after two or three rolls it gummed up the cutting blade and I had to clean it with rubbing alcohol. Not the worst tape Ive ever used but by far not the best tape.

The tape isn’t the greatest it’s simply just average and proves you get what you pay for. Rolls are skimpy and use up fast

I had tonnes of boxes to prepare for shipping. Will peel off the boxes before I reach the next box. Funny thing is that it pretty much sticks to just about anything else especially my hand.

I ship a lot I go through tape, I go through a bunch of tape so naturally I dont want to spend more than I have to so Ive shopped around tried many many brands suffered many many disappointments until I found Tape King and Ive been buying it for years never had a problem until last week. I like the 3.2 ml tape, its super tough super sticky does not lift its perfect for what I need. Well they make thinner tape too not everybody needs the heavy duty kind like me. Long story short I got a box of the thinner tape, not a big deal I shot a quick email off was told to expect a reply in a couple days but it was more like a couple minutes, they took care of it so quick I was actually surprised. Seriously you can pay a lot more but Tape King has a really good product AND customer service is a dream, big shout out to Sam, amazing person to deal with.
