Ive been using this for a couple years and even after experimenting with other types, Ive gone back to this for the right balance of lather to help with my very tough beard.

I have been shaving with a safety razor and mug shave cream for 50 years. Ive tried quite a few over those years including the Art of Shaving cream. I find this Old Bond Street lathers fully, has a nice scent and adds to a great shave.

This brand of shave cream is one of the top of the line as far as I am concerned. It whips up fast and keeps building up as long as you keep swirling it with a brush on your face. I love the smell and the fact that it holds a nice thick lather . Thanks for a great product.

Started using this when advertised in J. Peterman in the 1990s. Nothing else will do. Best when applied with a brush. Rooney makes great badger hair brushes.

Nice smell (Sandalwood), but not as nice smelling as the comparable product from The Art of Shaving. Creamy, but not as lubricating as similar products from Kiels or The Art of Shaving.
