> 24 hourFor those of you who say frozen, its too cold, lay a layer of T-shirt material over your head where the mask will touch, then pull the mask down over that layer until the mask warms up a little. I can get a good 1-1/2 to 2 hours of relief from each mask, and with having 5 of them (which took me a year to buy), Im good for 8-10 hours, and by then, the 1st ones are re-frozen!! Im almost 67 years old and have had migraines since I was a baby, so Ive been through the ringer and have learned how to work things and find anything and everything to try and ease migraines!!! These stretchy ice hats have saved my life, literally, and mine have never smelled. I still have the original plastic bags they came in. Im so sorry for those of you got some with the horrible odors, Im not saying there maybe arent some bad ones.

> 24 hourI get cluster or cervicogenic headaches with scalp tenderness and this is a calming way to help relieve the pain! I can wear it higher up so I can still read, or pull over my eyes to block the light!

> 24 hourI used to just have an ice pack wrapped in a towel when I would get a bad migraine, this is a game changer and Im so glad that I picked it up!

> 24 hourI recommend this product to anyone who has ever mentioned a headache. It’s the perfect combination of compression, cold feeling fabric, blackout effect, and comfort. It’s hard to describe how it feels until you put it on… but somehow it’s cool to the touch, and is so comfortable to sleep in. After 2 years of heavy use mine is starting to stretch out a bit, but I am happily going to purchase another to replace it.

> 24 hourit’s so great! helped quite a few of my migraines so far. grateful for this, and wish i bought it sooner. only small complaint would be that it doesn’t stay colder or warmer longer than expected.

> 24 hourI suffer with anxiety and this pack has a nice therapeutic effect when I freeze it and wear it. Direct contact might be a bit much and sometimes when it is, Ill put a thin cloth over my head first and wear this. Havent used the heating effect yet but however cold this gets, it stays elastic.

> 24 hourSometimes the freezer is needed, but usually the nice cool of the fridge temp is just right to help turn off the facial pain and help calm the throbbing. Great investment.
