Love it so far it keeps me cool indoors. Only area that Id improve with is heating in sub -10c temps.(not sure how they will overcome that limitation ) But Im sure they will improve it. Customer service has been impressive. And go far beyond normal support will update later. Edit may 2023 loving it for staying cool with warmer weather in northern Ontario normally Id have ac on by now but this has removed the need for it (so far) This technology is a real game changer i believe. And cant wait to see what the future holds.

When you are outside, your hands are full, and the heat and humidity is on the rise..this fan on a half moon ring puts some fresh air and circulation right where you need it. Keep your head and neck cool makes the rest of you a bit calmer and cooler. Works fine. Held up to an entire day at the amusement park. Kid tested, too.

It’s comfortable, lightweight, and effective. The smartphone app is a plus. This item will effectively provide fan/ air conditioning or heat to satisfactory levels. Great product, well made and functions as described. The only hope I have is that the battery life increases as they further develop this product. The current battery life is 4 hours for air conditioning feature on the medium setting. I love this product!

So I know the price is a lot..... but seriously it is worth it. The plates that touch your neck actually cool down super fast. This isnt your normal neck fan..... it even does heat.... and just enough without being too much. Doesnt burn your skin. Pick this one up.... seriously get this item. I love it. It works exactly as it should. Wow.

When I first put this collar on, all I could think was how heavy and bulky it was. Im a small person, and I cant imagine walking or running with this bouncing against my collarbone. However, the only workout I can really do lately is on a stationary recumbent bike, so it was OK. It definitely cools and the battery seems like it will last several hours, based on the dip in life per half hour workout. But its also really expensive and of limited utility, for me at least. I might feel differently when it gets really hot over the summer/ fall here. I havent installed the app. I dont feel everything needs an app, which is really just a way for companies to go everywhere with you.

It defiantly gets cold fast! Cools you off when your overheated. The carrying case is perfect and protects the product. Its very lightweight and has yet to fall off during my very active movements, battery can be charged as you use it so a definite plus!! Customer service is superior as they quickly and efficiently answered all my concerns. They took some of my suggestions for upgrades and wants to hear your valued input...a definite must have to keep your cool in the heat or take the chill off on a brisk morning. I highly recommend.

So amazing about battery life. I have purchased several TORRAS neck fans and a neck air conditioner. TORRAS L2 neck fan/ L3 neck fan/ COOLIFY 1/ COOLIFY 2. I think I should write an objective and honest review of COOLIFY 2S. Before this, COOLIFY 1 and COOLIFY 2 BE A LIFESAVER. I complained to the TORRAS seller that I do 9-hour shifts in a warehouse with no air conditioning. I need a longer cooldown to help me get through the damn summer. Id pay double the price if it could provide double cooling time and if it could also support charging while in use. There are so many critical reviews about battery life. Our minds are amazingly aligned. We would like to pay more extra money if COOLIFY can give us more COOLING time. COOLIFY 2S Did it. I reviewed COOLIFY 2S for a week to come to the following conclusions about battery life: Cooling Eco Mode= ~5 Hours and 20-ish minutes. Cooling Normal Mode= ~4 Hours and 10-ish minutes. Cooling Max Mode= ~3 Hours and 30-ish minutes. Fan Eco Mode=~28 Hours Fan Normal Mode=~17 Hours Fan Max Mode=~11 Hours I havent used the heating mode yet. So I couldnt tell you about the heating time that will last. I will update my review when I use the heating function. Besides, there are two amazing update functions for batteries. Yes, yes, yes, you are right. COOLIFY 2S supports charging while in use. You can use it while plugged; into a battery bank, wall charger, or laptop. This would greatly extend continuous usage of it in situations Id likely take it through; whether its light hiking, park walking, working, or gardening. 18W fast charge allows you to charge Time from 0 to 100 = Slightly above 2 Hours. 100 mins you can get 80% battery. I dont have to worry about battery life anymore. I also have good skills to maximize cooling time. You can use Eco mode when you are not so hot. When you are hot, you can use Max mode. At the same time, you can alternately use fan mode and cooling mode to get more cooling time. As for its function, I believe that many consumers have already described it in previous products, but this does not affect my description of it.

Ive had it for not even a full two weeks and it will not turn on. Ive charged it but still will not turn on. There is no digital display or any sign of life to this thing. Nothing weird or crazy happened to it. Just normal use and will not turn on, charge, or do anything.

Dose nothing but blow ambient air in your ears. If your in 75 degree weather this would be helpful hahaha
