I’m really torn with this. I had something similar 20 years ago and I don’t believe the technology has changed much. Does it help cool? Yes, but uses the surrounding air to cool. Inside, in the a/c it works great. Outside, it helps, but in Arizona, it didn’t help much. Additionally, I have really long hair. Although, I tied my hair back, after awhile in the heat, the hair started coming loose and getting sucked into the machine. For Arizonans, it’s not worth the cost. After about 15 minutes, I was just as warm with it on and it was pulling my hair. I wouldn’t purchase again.

First off, this does what it advertises its going to do and that is help cool you. On cooling 3, It just works fantastic. The downside is the battery life. Youre going to get about 2 to 2.5 hours out of cooling 3 mode. I have to say I expected more. I have been using this while playing virtual table tennis and it definitely helps and extends my playing time. I also want to mention the heating mode. This is a great feature that you dont see on a lot of the other neck coolers. You can use this thing year-round. I do find that its initial start-up on the heating cycle can get uncomfortable to me because it starts out trying to get to its max temp in seconds. Once its there though, its much more tolerable for me. Overall its a great personal cooling device but at a high price. Its my only real gripe for the coolify 2s. It is very expensive! But you are getting a cooling device and a heating device in the same unit.

I was nervous about purchasing such an expensive item in hopes that it would help keep me cool in the heat, but now I wish I would have purchased this product years ago! I live in the deep south where it is hot and humid 9 months out of the year and the Coolify 2S has been a lifesaver! It helps with airflow and the cooling plates seem to pull the heat from my skin! I had some questions about the product and I must say that Bonnie in the customer service department was GREAT at answering my concerns and making sure that I was happy with my purchase. Im officially a loyal Torras customer!

I love my new Coolify! It works much better than other neck fans Ive owned. The charge lasts a long time and I really love that you can check how much charge you have left on the free app. You can also control the cooling/heating and fan speed from the app. I havent used the heating feature yet but the cooling is great.

Ok, as 40 year old guy that personally is always running hot; this device is awesome! I work in an office setting, except we never sit down all day. The office has air conditioning, but we have no access to the controls and over half of the team members run absolutely freezing. Even when it is blazing hot from summer. So my desk fans were a bother, as my coworkers are walking around. The collar will shut off at 10% battery. I can get 10 hours on medium fan. Not sure about max fan, since medium is gives me plenty of cooling. Max air conditioning I can get 60-90 minutes. Realistically, I do not need to use max a/c for any longer than 10 minutes to cooldown from extremely hot. I usually use low or medium a/c for 10 minutes at a time and switch back to fan mode to help extend the battery. I have not really used the heat mode. I can say thus, when others change my settings to heat on my phone, the heat is instant. The a/c takes 1-2 minutes to reach desired coolness. I love the fact I can plug it into the USB cable when the battery is low can continue to use the fan or a/c mode. Also, my house does not a/c. The main living area got to 80 degrees Fahrenheit (27 degrees Celsius) on the first weekend I had it and I was comfortable the while time. This device is probably the best thing you can get yourself or your partner, if hot flashes are controlling your life.

I purchased this product to use when I am in situations where I cannot control the temperature. It is a unique and helpful product that meets my requirements. I live in Texas and I make deliveries in the middle of the day when the temperature and humidity are extremely hot. This unit provides coolness when needed. Its portability and shape make it easy to use. Also, I use the product when I am at the doctors office where the temperature can be extremely warm or cold. I also use the product in the grocery store where it is cold in certain areas and warm in others. I have also used the product in the gym when I am working out. When I first received my personal air conditioner, the Bluetooth feature stopped working after 1 day. I contacted customer service and they replied with a solution within the same day. Their solution worked and the Bluetooth feature is working again. The Coolify 2S is a handy tool to have. It is portable, versatile, and Torrass customer service team is very helpful. I recommend the Coolify 2S personal air conditioner.

I took this to Spain and Portugal because Id been told there often isnt air conditioning in the hotels and worried Id be too miserable to sleep, given the heat. That didnt really turn out to be the case. The hotels all had air. But we were taking an hours long trip in a bus and there was no air conditioning, no windows that opened and the sun beating through the windows. Pretty much everyone was miserable except for me as I discreetly placed this device on and was comfortable throughout the travel. You wont often need it, most likely. But its great when you do!

I’m not sure if this one is defective or what. I have a Coolify 2 and raved over it in my review. It’s a lifesaver for me due to my heat intolerance. I have a daughter with the same issue who works outdoors so I bought her this one thinking it’s going to be even better. However, while it does heat and cool, there is a huge difference in the temperature when on the same settings. Mine will feel hot and this one is just warm. This one will say that it is a hotter temperature when both are on heat while feeling significantly less warm. Same with the cool settings, this one says it’s cooler but is much less cold. Maybe it’s why the battery is supposed to last longer or maybe it’s defective. Side by side my original is amazing and the Coolify 2s was not worth the high price… unless it’s fixable?? My daughter is still using mine since she really needs to stay cool. The case is nice for the s2 but I wish there was a specific place to hold the cord without fear of smashing it.

When you are outside, your hands are full, and the heat and humidity is on the rise..this fan on a half moon ring puts some fresh air and circulation right where you need it. Keep your head and neck cool makes the rest of you a bit calmer and cooler. Works fine. Held up to an entire day at the amusement park. Kid tested, too.

Love this product. I have had many cooling fans and this is the one that just doesnt push cool air around. Love the app link and mat have to purchase another one because I can see my family arguing over who gets to use it.
