Wow! A product that actually lives up to its hype: promises and description. YES! It really works and works as described, QUICKLY! Well worth the cost! You wont be disappointed!

It works very well. I like how it gently hugs the neck. Ive had a cheaper neck fan that had fallen off a couple times when I looked or reached up at work, but I havent had that issue with this one. Ive also been more careful this time around. The biggest problem with this fan is that the moment I turn it on, someone wants my attention. My only real issue with this order was with the strap for the carrying case. It wore down and detached from one side after 5 weeks of gently carrying it around from home to work. Other than that, the case has held up this long, and I think it provides adequate protection for the device. Also, probably would have been nice to have room for the charging cable in there instead of a hole. Im giving it 5 stars because the fan is just so good.

Awesome fan. Works as good as the coolify 2 but with the ability to charge while in use plus better battery life makes the 2s the better option. It costs a little more than some of the other neck fans but definitely worth it!

Do not cool you down

Tried out the product when i received it then when we went to use them it wouldnt turn on

It really does cool well. I work outside doing very active manual labor and it REALLY helps a lot, Id estimate it cuts down how much i sweat by about 75%. The battery life is good on fan only mode, i have no doubt it would last all day... But even on the low cooling mode Im getting about 4-5 hours of use. Which honestly is still great, but removable batteries wouldve really taken this to the next level. Being able to swap batteries would be great since its not possible for me to charge since Im constantly moving. Though i might get a power bank and see if I can tolerate the cord leading to my neck from my pocket.

So I know the price is a lot..... but seriously it is worth it. The plates that touch your neck actually cool down super fast. This isnt your normal neck fan..... it even does heat.... and just enough without being too much. Doesnt burn your skin. Pick this one up.... seriously get this item. I love it. It works exactly as it should. Wow.

Living without ac near the Gulf Coast was getting harder. Im 68yo. Its low 90s with high humidity. Ive been acclimated to the heat for years, and Ive got a great fan, but this year... ugh. Its been harder to tolerate. Recalling how refreshing it was to hang a frozen damp towel around my neck, I was intrigued by this product. So I bought it. And it mightve, like, saved my life or at least my sanity. Its still hot as you-know-what in the afternoon, but now its bearable. I no longer feel desperate to drive to town and read magazines at the library to soak up their coolth (not an option on weekends, anyway). Ive not used the Bluetooth, so dunno if that works. But the cold does, and the fan does. I can even wear it in my vintage car. Recommend. And thank you for this product!

I purchased this product to use when I am in situations where I cannot control the temperature. It is a unique and helpful product that meets my requirements. I live in Texas and I make deliveries in the middle of the day when the temperature and humidity are extremely hot. This unit provides coolness when needed. Its portability and shape make it easy to use. Also, I use the product when I am at the doctors office where the temperature can be extremely warm or cold. I also use the product in the grocery store where it is cold in certain areas and warm in others. I have also used the product in the gym when I am working out. When I first received my personal air conditioner, the Bluetooth feature stopped working after 1 day. I contacted customer service and they replied with a solution within the same day. Their solution worked and the Bluetooth feature is working again. The Coolify 2S is a handy tool to have. It is portable, versatile, and Torrass customer service team is very helpful. I recommend the Coolify 2S personal air conditioner.

I ordered one of these for an extensive review while on vacation. The first unit I received looked to be a used product. When working with customer service via email,the part where it plugs in to charge was expanded quite a bit and much larger than the other side. They mailed out a replacement device quickly and Ive since purchased three more. They all work great and the family enjoys them!
