> 24 hourThe zipper ripped on the first trip with this. For the price, youd expect better.

> 24 hour- As a long time user of a Samsonite garment style bag of checked baggage size, I needed to replace it after 10+ years of hard use, and air travel all over the world. While the Travel Pro 50 is more expensive than a Samsonite equivalent, it is a rugged and robust bag with a large capacity. I needed it right away and Amazon could deliver it faster (2 Days), than a Samsonite equivalent. The local Samsonite store did not have the style I wanted in store and order delivery from Samsonite or Amazon was too late for my impending travel. - Be sure to go onto the Travel Pro site to read about how to use the TSA approved travel lock, because the card that comes with the bag is hard to read (small print and unclear diagram). You will want to do this because you will need to put the zipper pulls into the lock, so they wont be damaged during airline baggage handling. Even if you dont set your own combination and leave it at the factory setting you need to know how the lock works.

> 24 hourThis is our third bag as my husband travels weekly and we have had good experiences with prior bags. The bag delivered did not match the pictures on Amazon. There were no internal corner pockets or inside garment hangers. Very disappointed, but no time to return for a different bag.

> 24 hourThis is a high-quality garment bag with an outstanding combination of strong materials and smart design. The exterior is durable and should be able to stand up to years of heavy used. After using the bag on one trans-Pacific and one cross-country flight, it more than stood up to typical airline abuse. The inside is laid out well, with plenty of room for clothing, toiletries, shoes, and more. The packing space is ample and smartly thought out. The one minor drawback only applies to over-packers -- its very, very easy to pack the bag and go over the 50-pound limit. The bags weight is roughly 13.5 pounds, which is reasonable for the materials and size. The initial weight combined with the ample space could result in overage fees. All told, I have no problem recommending this bag for anyone that does heavy travel and needs to keep their clothes wrinkle-free. Its well made, it uses great materials, and it has a great interior design.

> 24 hourI bought this for my husband. We haven’t been able to find one that looked sturdy and had a tsa lock. This one looks to be a great find. We have not travel yet so don’t know how will up. I think it will do well.

> 24 hourSo, I purchased this bag in advance of a trip that I had scheduled a few months later. When I finally pulled the bag out to use it, one of the clips wouldnt lock. With the 30-day Amazon return policy having expired, I thought No problem. They have a lifetime warranty. I will just have it fixed, right? Unfortunately wrong. I contacted TravelPro which directed me to the nearest repair center. The day after I dropped it off, the repair center called to say that TravelPro doesnt have the part in stock (what?) and, therefore, it is NOT under warranty (again, what??). They would be happy to fix it, but their clip will not match and it will cost me $48!!! Words of wisdom. Get this bag out when you receive it and give it a fine-tooth combing but, more importantly, do NOT be fooled by the so called warranty. The fact that they dont even have those clips in stock (probably an item that costs less than a dollar), means they likely dont have many parts in stock. And why wont TravelPro pay for the repair?? UPDATE: TravelPro has since stopped taking phone calls for customer support. Everything is email or live chat, to which they dont respond to either.

> 24 hourComfortably fits multiple suits for people over 63 (without folding or crumpling them!), with plenty of room for additional slacks and shirts. 50 inches long by 24 inches of usable room unzipped on the interior, almost 6 inches of usable depth. Four cubbies for belts/ties, multiple mesh zippered compartments on the flap and a water proof toiletry one. The largest zippered pouch holds 3 pairs of size 14 shoes comfortably(!), 4 pairs if you need to. Still have room leftover for socks, underwear, undershirts. If youre a big or tall person that travels even semi frequently and have longer stays, where you need to bring several suits/outfits, you absolutely need this garmet bag. I have *never* had a travel garmet bag that truly *works* in every way for me. Build quality is quite sturdy, even the travel handle is a better grade aluminum that my old Samsonite. It may be a larger dollar investment for luggage, but you will absolutely love it.
