> 3 dayso i received this garment bag yesterday and i have to say it looks like very good quality. I love the lockdowns for the corner zippers on top and also the way it locks the zippers themselves. I will come back and review more once i use it.

> 3 dayThis is our third bag as my husband travels weekly and we have had good experiences with prior bags. The bag delivered did not match the pictures on Amazon. There were no internal corner pockets or inside garment hangers. Very disappointed, but no time to return for a different bag.

Greater than one weekThe zipper ripped on the first trip with this. For the price, youd expect better.

Greater than one weekThis is a top notch folding bag that has great features and seems quite durable. I have an old Skyway bag and this is better in a number of ways. The folding form is great for holding a couple of suits and a weeks worth of dress shirts. The hanger grip is a gator-tooth design that easily latches down on metal hangers once youre done loading the suitcase. All internal pockets are either made of a clear, soft (but durable) plastic or are an open-mesh design. You can always see into each pocket and dont have to guess where your belt is versus your dress socks. I suppose the plastic will be the part that somehow fails in 10 years since it will somehow age/crack. But when its brand new, its great! The exterior appears to be very durable. The handle has a soft, grippy feel which is great when youre lugging this around. The extending arm has multiple stop-clicks so you can have it long enough for a child or for a 6+ foot adult (no stooping!!!). Even though the extending arm trigger is on the top, it is inset into the handle so you can push the suitcase and dont have to worry about retracting the arm. That is a heck of an improvement over my skyway which can only be pulled because you depress the button when you try to push it in front of you and the arm retracts. The zippers are great in a couple of ways. First, the actual zipper pulls are big and appear to be quite heavy duty. In my experience, zipper pulls are the first thing to fail on a piece of luggage as it gets abused through an airport system. So you want those to be strong. Next, the zipper teeth are large/oversized. This means they unzip/zip very easily AND they are going to be really tough to destroy. The rubberized wheels are nice because they dont skip around from side to side. Theyre all the way to the edges which helps avoid any imbalance where the suitcase starts to rock from side to side. The wheels do not retract but there are feet on the bottom of the suitcase so you can set it up right and it stays in place. There is a hard plastic skid that makes going up stairs a breeze- just drag it behind you and the skid takes all the abuse. This suitcase features a built-in TSA-approved combo-lock. You can easily set the code to any 3-digit value of your choosing. It works by seizing onto the two zipper pulls and holding them in place so that the suitcase cant be opened. What would I change? The grip handle on the underside of the suitcase doesnt have finger slots big enough for the hands of a large man such as myself. It needs an extra quarter of an inch. I can squeeze my fingers in but they dont just slide in easily like they should. Maybe this will loosen up over time. Id probably buy this in another color (if its even sold that way) just because black suitcases are so hard to differentiate on the pick-up belt at the airport. My Skyway is maroon and that is still tasteful for business travel but much easier to spot when it comes down the chute. The suitcase is about an inch thicker than I expected. It is probably 2 inches thicker than my Skyway folding case. Still, it should be fine at the airport.
