> 3 dayI like these curtain lights a lot, in fact, this is the second time I have bought them because I liked them so much the first time. I use them to drape over my canopy bed and they give a delightful ambiance to my bedroom. They dont have a remote control, only an attached control with 8 settings. I mostly just use the last setting with the solid lights that stay on (no blinking/flashing/fading), but some of the other settings are gentle enough for calm indoor lighting, like the slow fade on and off. The version I bought also does not have a timer to turn off after a certain point. They plug directly into a wall outlet.

Greater than one weekThese lights are great! They were the perfect width for my reading nook. However, the spacing between the strands is really wide. I ended up bending each strand up halfway and tying the end to the top to fill in the gap. They’re extremely long and I wasn’t putting them at the top of my wall so I had quite a bit of extra length at the bottom. If you need all the length and would like them to be more dense like I did, you may need to buy two strands to overlap them.

> 3 dayThese are great. Tip for storing.. before taking down, uses rubber bands to tie each individual string.

> 3 dayI bought these for my sliding glass patio door. Either I have a small door or these are big! I was worried it wouldn’t cover the entire window but it does with plenty to spare! These look great from outside. Good quality lights! There is no remote or timer so if you’re looking for that, keep looking. These are great lights though. Each light strand was gathered with a twist tie. I just hung up the main string across the window then took the twist tie off and let it fall one strand at a time. There were no tangles! I think I left 2 strands with the twist tie on because I didn’t need the extra width.

> 3 dayVery nice quality, especially for the price! I wanted fairy lights for the sheer curtains at my front door. This setup serves two purpose - to hide my cats litter box (we hardly use the front door), and when I host my Zoom exercise classes to give a nice, lighted background. This item does not come with a remote control. There is a button near the plug to change the warm light to blinking, dimmable, twinkling, steady, etc. It uses electric, something that I was looking for instead of battery use. Make sure to follow the instructions when installing your lights. Do not cut the white little cable straps! Note, there was one main cable strap that held all of the lights together that will need to be removed. Do not remove the white twist ties from each light string until you have it setup (see Hint below)! I recommend that you have the layout in place before you start to install. Make sure all of the ten light strings are evenly spaced apart from end to end. Hint: for my use, the light strings was too long. I recommend that when you remove the twist tie (and to repurpose the tie!), immediately fold the light string to your preferred length (if you find it too long) and use the twist tie to keep it in place.
