These are great knives! Can be used for multiple functions, always sharp and easy care.

Extremely sharp knives. Be careful! I cut myself 2 times by Norma being a bit careless.

Brilliant knives. I use tbese for everything

After a month, the knives are still very sharp. The lower rating is due to the strange packaging: the paring knives were in manufacturers original box, but utility size knives were wrapped only in a piece of clear tape and stuck in the mailing bag. Not professional or satisfactory if knives are a gift, which they were.

My brother gave us one as a “stocking stuffer” last Christmas and it has been nothing short of amazing. I use it for everything in the kitchen, from chopping and slicing vegetables to cutting and slicing meat; there’s nothing that has slowed it down. I bought this group of knives because they work so darn well and they have now replaced some expensive steak knives.
