Victorinox Swiss Classic Multicolored 4-Piece Paring Knife Set

These knives are sharp and great to cut through oranges, tomatoes, anything! For the price they are great but beware how easily they could cut you. I also got a Messermeister (more pricey but came with a sheath) tomato knife. All work well.

Love these knives. 3rd set I ordered. Extremely sharp. And if I say extremely, I mean extremely. Be careful. But much lower risk of cutting yourself than with a dull knife.

What this knife is - an economical utility knife good for a variety of tasks like making a sandwich, from slicing the bread to spreading the condiments. I bought the pack as I wanted such a handy tool in my camping gear, my kitchen, and at work. The price is right for the product. Its well made, but this knife is not a high-end gourmet tool. Which makes it ok if one of your co-workers absconds with it...

Victorinox is a great brand, have many of their knives. I tried this set when I needed new steak knives, which I use as daily peeling, cutting knives that I toss in a cutlery divider. Im sooooo pleased that I purchased 8 more sets for Christmas gifts this year. Love the colors, I also purchased a set of the white ones for myself. They are light, sharp, the handle is textured, therefore easier to hold when it gets wet/juices/fat when using. You just cant go wrong owning these, you dont need to baby them, as in putting them on a knife bar, they go in the dishwasher........love this product. Ive been cooking for 50+ yrs and good knives and good pots are essential.
