This is a go to knife for most things. I filet chicken breasts with these and they do a fantastic job. I probably due about 30#s of breasts a week. Highly recommended.

The products themselves are great. They are great knives that can handle a variety of tasks. However, the product description is misleading in that you will only receive 2 knives. The description states 4 knives comes in a pack but I only received 2. I contacted the seller and have yet to hear a response. Just know that you are paying double the price for 2 knives.

These are my favorite knives to use. Publix used to carry them and I needed some really badly. Glad I was able to find them here!
