Woolwax Pro Undercoating Gun by Kellsport

This thing works great! I didn’t bother with name brand expensive coating. I bought a gallon of the cheapest bar & chain oil I could find, poured it into the container, set her gun up, sprayed all internal areas of the frame and any body/chassis openings I could find….I had nice gooey oil oozing out of all those openings in no time! If you’re in the rust belt then get your hands on this rig, it works!

The spray gun does not come with a 1/4 pipe union-coupler, which is needed to install an air line fitting. Id gladly pay an extra $1.00 for the spray gun to have this fitting included. I found out the hard way that zip ties need to be installed on the wand extensions. I was pulling the 360 degree wand out of a body access hole as I was spraying, and the wand came apart and I got a face full of Fluid Film. I have seen reviews complaining of too much overspray in the air. I found 85 psi of air pressure and adjusting the wand for more product flow drastically cuts down on overspray.

Spend a little extra and you won’t regret it. This works awesomely with the thick Fluid Film rust protection product without thinning it. It’s worth the money!

I used this gun on the underside of my ram 2500. It did exactly what it was supposed to do. I ran the compressor at 85-90psi and it worked great! A few things to make your job easier, Kellsport sells some longer extensions on their website (for getting deeper into the frame and hard to reach spots), as well as a lid that goes on a 1 gallon pail of fluid film that makes it easier to pour. You are gonna want that for refilling the hopper on the sprayer.

Used with fluid film, little 4 gallon 140 psi compressor worked well

Absolute garbage I went to use it and there was a big crack down the handle which it is leaking bad and will hardly spray.

Spent the extra money and got the pro gun kit. Did an amazing job on my 2015 Ram 2500 Megacab. Sprays a nice fine mist and maybe used a half gallon on this large of a truck!

It works well without any issues.
