Used this spray gun with Fluid Film and it works great. Set the compressor air pressure to 80 psi with good results. Be careful not to kink the spray tubes as the gun relief valve will spill over creating a mess! The plastic spray tubes are stiff and kink easily so you need extra space to work to avoid that. Tubes fit into most areas of the frame and body of vehicles. Already did three vehicles and it works very well!

This gun works awesome! No problem spraying at any angle, adjusting the mist was also easy. The long reach hose attachments also worked above expectations great product

This gun works great for transferring fluid film under vehicles. I would have preferred a longer tube to get into certain frames and rocker areas. I had to make my own tube for that. But all in all it works great even with a small compressor. Please use in a well entilated area and wear an automotive paint respirator, not a dust mask. This stuff atomizes and could coat your lungs. Play it safe.

I’ve sprayed LPS 3 through it, both with the nozzle & extension tube to get inside body panels. It works great.

I used this gun on the underside of my ram 2500. It did exactly what it was supposed to do. I ran the compressor at 85-90psi and it worked great! A few things to make your job easier, Kellsport sells some longer extensions on their website (for getting deeper into the frame and hard to reach spots), as well as a lid that goes on a 1 gallon pail of fluid film that makes it easier to pour. You are gonna want that for refilling the hopper on the sprayer.

If you want to stop rust make this investment, kit worked great. Just be mindful of the little hoses that can be fragile. Try not to crank on them while running them through chassis holes. Would buy again!

Bought this to use to undercoat my 2019 4runner with Fluid Film. It works great, very impressed. Im doing the job with a 6 gallon compressor too, no issues. My initial rookie mistake of twisting cap all the way at tip cost me some time. But once I figured how to use it, its smooth sailing. Really like the hose attachments too. I recommend the gun, have now done two vehicles with no issues.

Used this to apply cosmoline and it worked great.

The gun works good. It takes a few minutes to get the air and the spray adjusted. The extensions dont work as good as just the gun.
