I have purchased other raised cat dishes, and this one so far is the tallest one I have found. Good solid quality. From testing with the in house employees (ears & Bashy), they both prefer this new bowl over the existing raised, better height, and they prefer the wide over smaller dishes. My only wish, was that it had a rubber bottom piece, but so far no one has moved it. One of my previous purchases has a rubber ring, to help it not move. I would buy another for sure.

After two weeks of using, the bowl gets shattered and broke into pieces because it accidentally slipped out of my hand during the wash with the soap. I really love the bowl and it is so sad that it happened especially my cat needs that bowl because she is wearing a cone after the surgery

After I received the 1st, I ordered another one. Very Nice! Nice size and I like the fish design on the front to. A cute touch!. My cats are enjoying them too.

I got this elevated bowl because my cat was sneezing every time she ate. I thought it was because she was sticking her nose down in bowl & inhaling dust from dry food. Since using this bowl she hasnt sneezed. I could be wrong about the whole idea but so far so good. Also wasnt aware that its better for cats not to eat bending down. Was packaged so it probably wouldnt have broken even if dropped! Im very pleased with this bowl!

Ive been putting my boys dish on a box to help raise it up. Total Macgyver action. I was looking for something that would be tall enough for him. Hes a LARGE/LONG/TALL cat. When I opened the box, I was surprised how big/tall it actually was. Its ceramic, heavy enough to not tip over when he eats from it. Its the absolutely perfect height for him. He seems pleased with it. Since raising his food up, hes stopped throwing up. (thank god!!!) At least with this great raised cat dish, I dont need to sit and hold the dish so it doesnt slide off the box ;) Im VERY pleased with my purchase!!

No more bending down low to eat .

If you love your cat (or small dog) and can afford it, youre thinking of buying this bowl. You should. Its made well and pretty darn sturdy. Very easy to grasp too. Much, much better for digestion to eat from a raised bowl, and this one is a good height. The wide bowl is GREAT for flat faced cats and dogs, and of course, all four legged friends. I have other ceramic raised bowls that cost triple of this one (handmade, however), so it is nice to find a reasonably priced one. Additionally, this has a very wide bowl span, so wet food does not slide off onto the floor. With care I hope it lasts a long time. I have already used it in the microwave to quickly warm refrigerated leftovers. It came packed extremely well. DEFINITELY worth 5 stars!!

The raised bowl is very sturdy and well made but it’s way oversized. My cats 16.5 lb … a big guy but this is a bit much. Bowl size is good for a dog. I’ll keep it because it’s a hassle to return and he is using but just thought I’d comment.

Ordered 2 of these bowls after friends suggested I try raised bowls to help alleviate my 12 y/o cats vomiting. I havent had them long enough to tell if THAT works but the bowls themselves are very nice. I searched online looking at several & liked the height of this bowl, higher than others Id seen. My cats can stand up & eat. No crouching at all. I had never heard of whisker fatigue but apparently its a thing. These bowls are nice & wide & shallow to the cats whiskers dont get tickled. The capacity is great & will accommodate enough food either dry or wet. They are attractive looking, sturdy, and very easy to wash & clean....Now if it helps with the hairballs & other regurgitation I will be a very happy cat owner.

Super EASY to clean. Both of my cats seem to like them. One was a little hesitant at first (she does not like NEW things). I put wet food in and after they eat--i wash and put in their dry food. WORKS great!!!!
