> 3 dayI have an older cat who has had most of his teeth pulled due to decay. He seemed to have trouble picking food up in his mouth, so I decided to try an elevated cat dish. The first one l I purchased didnt work out. The bowl was not wide enough and too deep, so it forced my cat to push his face and whiskers into the recess of the bowl, which he didnt like. This bowl is much wider and more shallow. The cat took to it right away. Its also very sturdy and is not likely to be tipped over. Because its one piece, its a larger item that needs to be washed daily, but so far, so good.

> 3 dayIts cute but didnt seem to help with my cat vomiting and the mess he leaves around the dish. But I still like it.

Greater than one weekOrdered 2 of these bowls after friends suggested I try raised bowls to help alleviate my 12 y/o cats vomiting. I havent had them long enough to tell if THAT works but the bowls themselves are very nice. I searched online looking at several & liked the height of this bowl, higher than others Id seen. My cats can stand up & eat. No crouching at all. I had never heard of whisker fatigue but apparently its a thing. These bowls are nice & wide & shallow to the cats whiskers dont get tickled. The capacity is great & will accommodate enough food either dry or wet. They are attractive looking, sturdy, and very easy to wash & clean....Now if it helps with the hairballs & other regurgitation I will be a very happy cat owner.

09-06-2025Was larger than I expected but for good reason. Cats do not like their whiskers to touch thinhs when eating. Often they will touch the outer rim of the bowl if the bowl is low and or a bowl for humans. Highly worth it. Plus it helps with digestion as cats can more easily chew their food into smaller bits & have to work their neck muscles even more so against gravity. Just get a bowl like this up to their level & youre good to go

> 3 dayAll 3 of my cats use these bowls, they are sturdy, easy to clean & tall which is what I needed. Update 3/2021: I bought one in black for our new kitten, it looks nice, shiny, but youre able to see water spots after its air dried, unlike my two white ones, which are now $2.00 more than the black, and the only reason I bought it in black. They are identical cat food bowls, still made well, sturdy & easy to clean, I wish the price had been identical for both. A very small issue compared to the whole realm of life, but consistency would be nice. These are made in China like 99% of everything else pet related, when Americans cant even make pet food bowls in the USA, were in more trouble than we realize. We can thank congress for annihilating manufacturing here, I hope the shekels they got were worth destroying our country.

Greater than one weekI ordered for my 2 cats, and they are exactly what I wanted. They are sturdy, and the height is perfect, and they are very elegant looking. One of my cats is large, and he can eat without hunching over. My other cat is a petite girl, and it is also perfect for her.

Greater than one weekI looked at all the reviews and raised dishes before I selected these. Very pleased with quality and size. Crash isn’t old and doesn’t vomit but looks more comfortable eating.
