> 24 hourthese are the worst bearings ive encountered on amazon as of yet, the price really was too good to be true. they arrived super sticky as if they used sugar water as a lubricant. they also require many pounds of force before they even roll. do your self a favor and do not buy

> 24 hourI bought these to use in DIY tools with parts I’ve made on a mill or lathe. I made the mistake of not reading all the reviews. If you want cheap bearings in bulk, this is a great buy. If you want any kind of quality, keep looking. They came in two packs of five tubes of ten bearings each. Every single one of them has some kind of rust. I didn’t expect any rust. If I’m going through the trouble of hand carving metal on a manual mill or manual lathe to build a tool, I don’t want to use rusty parts. I doubt I’ll ever buy these again. The only reason they got a second star was because of the low price per bearing. I’m sure I can find something to do with them, I just can’t use them in anything I ever want to sell if I want to build any kind of reputation for quality work.

> 24 hourHad five different 608 bearing types delivered to test for a device I’m building. I’m throwing these away, all 100 of them. These feel like they have sand for a lubricant, and that’s just testing with my finger tips holding and turning the bearing. Under load these will fail quickly. If you need a bearing that will only last 24 hours, this is for you.

> 24 hourI thought hardening at the very least a requirement for roller bearings. I guess thats what I get for ordering chinese crap. Save your money.

> 24 hourThese are excellent 608 bearings for NON-SKATE use such as bearings for 3D printer parts. You can get rid of grease within seconds by simply dipping in some lighter fluid. They work fine after or you can add a little bearing oil. Also the sleeves are junk, just use without. These bearings would be good for applications that dont deal with dirt such as actual skateboarding. They are perfect for other uses.

> 24 hourWhen I first got into 3D printing, I didnt know these things existed. I quickly found, however, that the 608 is the bearing of choice for many 3D-print projects that need rotating parts. I really dont know how long it is going to take me to use all of these (so far Ive only used them in three projects), but I couldnt pass up the quantity price. They fit perfectly in every project that calls for a 608, they turn smoothly -- whats not to like.
