The keyboard, screen, and touchpad are decent but thats about all the good things about this laptop

Just received my laptop today and I am loving it! I needed something for working at home instead of dragging home my heavy HP work laptop on my train commute.

Awesome Laptop! Worth the Money, bought it for my boyfriend for Christmas and he loves it!! Has just the right amount of speed to get things done!! And the price is reasonable.

Been an Asus fan, couldnt resist the price on this at Black Friday, switched to buying this instead. Been four months, not regretting choice! Doesnt have bells and whistles, but it works smoothly. Battery lasts, Im charging just once a day. Lightweight because no dvd player, learning to live without it. Happy.

So, computer stopped working and i filed a claim under warranty. by chat it was real easy. they promised to send media to reboot. they did not. i tried to call and get status but as warranty period had by then passed the system will not let you talk to anyone. i cannot say if it could be more stupid or more frustrating. there is a reason they are cheaper i guess
