Advertised as 15.6 screen, but came as only 13! Received a 25% discount. Very happy with the 3.9GHz processor, which allows for online gaming. I especially appreciate the lighted keyboard. This ultra thin computer, though, has no DVD/CD drive.

I’ve enjoyed the size and quality of this laptop but the battery life could be better. I wasn’t able to leave it off the charger for long while in use. After 3 years, it no longer holds a charge at all and only works when plugged in. Bummer. There looks to be a handful of aftermarket replacement options but none of them are well reviewed..

I purchased this laptop in February after my Dell Inspiron bit the dust. This Acer is perfectly fine for school work, which is primarily what I needed at the time. However, the hard drive space is a joke.

Ive only given it a low score since im not sure how the touch screen/ tablet mode works just yet. It seems as changing it to tablet mode isnt sufficient.

All I wanted and use it for is to search the web and word docs. The fan on this thing is constantly running at an rpm that you can hear it. Nothing is broke just bad cooling design that causes this in normal operation. It is just to annoying for me. The wifi has dropped twice and it has froze three times. I dont know if that is heat related or just needs another stick of memory. I would gladly pay and throw another stick in it at this price but the fan is just a no go for me.

I have had this computer since July 2019 so approximately 6 months. I began having problems with charging within the last 5 months. When I plug the cable into the computer, the charging light would blink off and on a couple of times them begin to charge. Now I will not charge at all. I am a 72 year old woman with no pets and no gaming. I used this totally to pay bills and read email. But, I know how to plug into the wall and where the port for power is located.

One of the best laptops Ive bought. Light gaming, more of a surf/excel user, very impressed by its quick start-up, long battery life (I know, its new).

I love this laptop. It doesn’t have much space so be sure to have an extra trilobite connector or something. It is super duper fast and I’ve only had it one day. I got this laptop to upgrade from my old toshiba laptop and let me say it is so much faster. I was thinking it was good but man it’s great. I haven’t tested gaming yet but I’m going to do that soon. Overall very satisfied with this purchase.
