> 3 day$666 for a computer that only lasted 1.5 years, with normal use. Unacceptable.

> 3 dayI checked all the reviews before buying this product but I guess I was one of the unlucky ones who got a lemon because mine came with pixels that are bad so the screen has white spots from day one. Small problem, so I let it go but now the sound is going after less than two months and I rarely used it. Because it was past the Amazon Prime return window, I had to contact Acer tech support which tried to fix the problems remotely but didnt work and it even got worse. I thought I was out the $678 I paid for it but contacted Toll Brothers, the sellers, and they said Amazon would give me a full refund. But Amazon tried to do a restocking fee of $139.00. I explained to Amazon that the item could not be restocked because it was unrepairable and that the Seller Toll Bros. wanted me to get a full refund. Amazon complied and I should get the refund of the restocking fee in 3-5 days. Got it. Toll Brothers was great. This goes along way for keeping me buying from companies like Toll Bros on Amazon. 9/29/2021

> 3 dayI did my research before I bought this laptop, I had never heard of AMD processors. This laptop is exactly what it says it is. Ive had no problem thus far and Im happy with my purchase. The only thing I dont like is the keyboard backlit turns off quickly once you stop typing.

> 3 daySpeakers were a joke for a $600+ laptop-- useless pretty much. The screen is not all good either compared to other premium laptops or MacBook. I had $300+ Hp that performed around the same level if not better. I would not recommend this laptop.

Greater than one weekI have the laptop for one day, and so far I am quite impressed by it, especially for the price.

> 3 dayThis laptop is really quite good. The performance is incredible for the price and the build quality is better than what I expected by a far margin. I first learned about this laptop after watching a video by Dave Lee, and to me, it looked really cheap, but he said that the performance was really good, and thats what mattered to me. When it did arrive, however, the build did not feel cheap. The whole thing is made with solid aluminum and the construction feels solid. During Daves review, he mentioned that the screen was really bad. However, after receiving mine, although the screen had bad viewing angles, it was not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. In Daves video, he mentioned the biggest selling point to me, which was the performance. And after using it on some games, I can say for sure that his assessment was very true. I can run games like Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice at playable fps (30-50 in my estimation) at all times. You do have to turn down the graphics, but for the price, its a miracle it can run at all. Less demanding games, such as Valorant, can be run at 110-150 fps. I have never dropped below 100 fps at medium graphics in Valorant. The keyboard is probably the best laptop keyboard I have ever used. The keys feel nice overall and there is a wide variety of function keys. The trackpad, as Dave mentioned, is made of plastic, but it does feel nice and the click is nice and satisfying. If there is one thing that I wish this laptop had, I wish it had one more USB Type-A port. However, the port selection is actually very decent and most people shouldnt need more than the included ports. In conclusion, if you are debating buying this laptop, I say you should go with it. For the price, there are few that can match it.
