Im not a laptop guru but I checked the specs upon arrival and everything was as advertised. Laptop is some sort of metal which looks and feels nice. So far, I am happy with this purchase.

Brough this for my wife for work. Good performance laptop. AMD Ryzen 4700U is excelllent.

It crashes and freezes frequently.

This laptop for work or school is great. The screen quality is great, has a very long battery life, charges reasonably fast. But there are some issues with it. If you plan on playing any games, the battery drains really quick. The fan starts to get very loud after a few hours of use, and the laptop gets really hot as well. It also arrived in just the Acer box with very little protection. This laptop cost me about $700 out the door and I expected it to be much more protected in shipping.

This thing is a workhorse! I work in tech, run multiple monitors, program, game, stream...this laptop is up to the challenge!

Great laptop faster than my wife’s Mac book. I love that it’s made out of metal and not cheap plastic light weight with a bunch of ports great batter life. More that capable of keeping up with school plus anything else’s you would want to use it for.

This keyboard is very difficult to see.

The laptop itself is pretty solid, dont have much complaints with it other than the finger reader often doesnt work. My biggest issue is the charging cable has a poor connection and often disconnects while still plugged in causing the battery to drain. We have to hold the cord a certain way in order for it to charge properly which is terribly annoying.

I have never written a review before, but I decided to write one for this laptop. This laptop is so fast, so clear, and the quality is incredible. For gaming, the graphics are incredible and the speed matches! I see many reviews that say the laptop is dim, but for me personally the laptop is not dim at all. If you want a great laptop that works at speeds that match a gaming laptop, and a laptop thats perfect for everyday use, then buy this one! I have had my Macbook Air for a long time, and honestly, it doesnt match the Acer! Love the product!
