    THE BAD:

There are essentially two laptops available that serve the niche the Acer Swift X exists in; the other is the ASUS ROG Flow X13. That notebook is $300 more expensive...on sale.

This laptop has worked great for me for school work. I have run into no problems or bottlenecks even when I try and do some gaming on it. Overall I would recommend this to anyone that wants a great quality thin and light that has some serious horsepower under the hood for all of your gaming or creation needs.

This laptop was average at best in terms of functionality. After a year of using this laptop, it is now giving me trouble. Every time this laptop turns off (whether it was done purposely or restarting or ran out of battery), it takes hours for it to turn back on. You have to smash all of the buttons, mess with the power button, try to put your fingerprint, literally anything to try to get it to turn on. Sometimes if youre lucky, youll get it on in 15 minutes. My laptop has been off for 24 hours now. I keep checking every hour or so and still not turning on. Do not recommend it if you are looking for a long-term laptop. Do better Acer.

I have been looking at several laptops before buying this model. Many pages recommend it, also If you look over the reviews for this model and the 512GB there are many reviews that have been done as a free product. This is ok -marketing but lets go to my experience.

This is a pretty impressive little laptop. Its very quiet and when you combine that with the small size it makes it easy to take and use everywhere. Its great for playing mid-level graphic intensive games. The rendering is fast and smooth and the color and brightness of the display look amazing. It has an empty M.2 slot so I was able to add a separate drive to be dedicated for my gaming. It doesnt let you expand the RAM, though, and I would have appreciated that. Im impressed by how quickly the fiingerprint scanner works, almost better than my old Tab S7. It has little feet along the back of the display that lifts the laptop in the back when you open it to allow for more airflow. This makes it possible for me to use the machine without needing my lap desk fan. Another great feature is that there arent any buttons on the sides of the laptop so you cant bump them and turn it on when youre trying to slide it into a bag, Everything is on the keyboard, and the keys on the keyboard are standard size. This is great for the times my husband uses it because he has beefy fingers. It has a USB C, 2 standard USB, and 1 HDMI port which I find is perfect for my needs. Overall, Im impressed with this machine and I recommend it.

The product is multiple voltage compatible, that voltage arrange is 100-240V.
