This was exactly what I wanted. Small, compact, light, and portable, but still able to outperform many gaming computers. I am very satisfied with my purchase!

Do the research, to find something with this much CPU power, 16gb ram, nvme storage AND an RTX 3050ti for LESS than a grand. Your choices are few and far between... I specifically wanted current gen hardware for the first time in my life. Coming from desktops I was curious just how much power does this little bad boy have. Before even turning it on I added a 1tb nvme drive and it was recognized immediately. Mostly I play GTA, Fallout, Forza, etc... It plays them all VERY WELL! Like, wow for the price kinda performance. To some people, $800 isnt ALOT of money, for me, its the most expensive tech Ive ever owned so I did my research. I couldnt be happier.......

I got this for personal and light work use. I do some freelance work and this performs well and manages many tabs open and can process through downloads without slowing. Haven’t had any issues with graphics. Keyboard lights up and feels smooth under the finger tips. I like the color BUT I do have some

I bought a pc because I needed to run windows for my engineering classes. Im not knowledgeable about windows at all, but this computer has amazing performance all packed in for a great price. I wish that the display was 4k, and that the body was a little more premium, but for the price you cannot beat the top-of the line specs!

There are essentially two laptops available that serve the niche the Acer Swift X exists in; the other is the ASUS ROG Flow X13. That notebook is $300 more expensive...on sale.

With the zen 3 architecture from Ryzen and the DLSS capabilities from the rtx 30 series, this laptop is a great machine for both productivity and medium-light gaming.

DC charging port out of the box is BROKEN, makes a crunching/poor connection noise on first connection (must plug in to be able to boot for first time) then shortly failed entirely and cannot charge, meaning Acer has either ZERO Quality Control from the factory OR Amazon/Acer selling trash refurbs they didnt even look at after the first return, a process MANY big corps have been found guilty of and unfortunately both corps here giving that strong impression, wasting my time trying to find some brand loyalty (my first acer). Or did their planned obsolescence just glitch and kick in super early? Lose lose lose for everybody.

Acer released an update that caused my USB-C (which I need for connection to all my other peripherals) to stop working. I contacted support and they told me to factory reset (AKA delete all my data) and it might work. Since I have classwork due soon that I cannot delete, that is not an option. The rep told me it probably would not work anyway. I was then peddled a repair for $669.00 (for just a USB-C replacement) or told to hire a third party service (I forget their name now). Completely worthless company and I will absolutely never purchase another Acer product after seeing how little support they offer.

The product is multiple voltage compatible, that voltage arrange is 100-240V.
