> 24 hourI use this product primarily to keep myself cool while at my desk. I put ice cubes and water in it and it blows cold air in my face while Im working and its wonderful. It lowers the temperature of the air noticably and is superior to a fan. I hadnt used a swamp cooler before so take it from me: Dont use it in a closed room without ventilation. The main negatives are that it tends to make a mess on occasion if you use it for long periods. I havent spent much time troubleshooting it, but I suspect that if you use it on the Turbo setting, or use it with the maximum water flow and a low airflow setting, that a large amount of condensation develops, overfilling the shallow internal well and creating a pool of water around the bottom of the unit. This is a modest design flaw that I wish they highlighted in the manual. I am planning on designing my own pedestal for it to compensate for this.

> 24 hourThe product is fine and works but it holds water when done in the bottom filter tray. So you have to keep a towel under it

> 24 hourI bought this for my office because it gets hot. Unfortunately it was so loud and didnt produce cold air. I put the filter in the freezer but it still didnt make a difference. Wish I could return.

> 24 hourIve seen some of the other reviews complaining this little evaporative cooler fan isnt blasting cold air...well jeez, for $40, youre not going to get central air conditioning. I set mine on my patio table (here in hot sunny Arizona), keep the dampened cooler pad grid in the freezer so it can chill, grab a cup of ice cubes and a bit of water, pour into to the top of the unit, install the frozen pad grid, and turn it on. It doesnt put out really cold air, just cooler air. It has an adjustable vent so you can aim it up or down. Its not all that quiet, especially in Turbo mode, but not an issue outside for me. I do understand some reviewers mentioning the lighting issue (because they are trying to use this to help them sleep). Even with all the LED light options turned OFF, the power and mode LEDs (amber), still stay lit, and shine through the plastic housing. Duct tape should resolve that. Overall, I didnt expect greatness from this little box, but it does beat a regular desktop fan (and my outdoor ceiling fan) that just blows hot air around. It doesnt take up a lot of space, and the small Micro-USB cable doesnt get in the way, or become difficult to manage. Arctic...no, cool breeze....sure. Long lasting...only until the ice cubes melt and the pads dry out, but by then, Im ready to head back indoors for more ice, and a cocktail refill. Cheers!

> 24 hourThis small, condensed air conditioner works very well. However; I do have a few issues. The water reservoir is not large enough to hold the amount of water needed to cool a bedroom during the night. Upon waking, the unit is still running, but with no water. It would be great if it had an automatic shut off so that when the water runs out, the unit would shut off. It also leaks! Not just a little bit, but a LOT! My husband placed a plate underneath it to catch the water because it almost ruined his dresser. We purchased 2 units & they both have the same issues. They work alright, but perhaps the design could use a few tweaks.

> 24 hourYes it does work. For an individual, that is! Its not gonna cool a room but IT WILL cool you off. The only glitch Im finding is you HAVE TO have it lit up!! I use at night and do not care for any lighting!!! There needs to be an OFF for lights. Im adding this a while later but 2 Cups of water will NOT last for 6-8 hrs. No way, so, they need to clarify that. But. Like I said, it will cool YOU off. Now Im noticing after 2 mos of almost nightly use, it is losing its capacity to run on high. Im a person who cannot sleep HOT and this machine helps but Ill have to find something else if this continues diminishing fan speed.

> 24 hourCould be great in a office cubicle type setting. In my house it was no better then a fan.
