Overall I was really happy when receiving this luggage set. Everything looked great until my first flight with them. After just one flight wheels on both luggage were destroyed. Never happened with my more expensive brand of spinners. The liner on the inside of the bag is sewn directly to the bag so theres no way to see if these wheels can be replaced. I will contact Coollife to see if these wheels can be replaced and update the review. If not I would suggest looking elsewhere for a bag that does have the option to replace the wheels otherwise youre stuck with a useless bag when they inevitably break. I was expecting a hard shell, which these are not. They have a durable shell, but not completely hard. When I received them, I only saw one in the box. Little did I know, they were nested inside each other, which made were very fun opening experience. And its also easy to store them later because they dont take up so much space. These handled a lot of weight and a lot of use. If I ever need more luggage cases, Ill be back. Plus, theyve got a variety of colors, which is nice.

okay, well it wouldnt let me upload a photo. but on our way out of town we got into a car accident where someone t-bones us. the luggage was in the bed of the truck and the large piece flew out across the street. this luggage is durable and only had scrapes from sliding. the medium one had a corner pushed in. One of the wheels broke but was still usable due to its 2 wheel design per corner. id buy this again.

We were so excited to gift this luggage to our oldest son who was off to study in Rome for a semester. Sadly, as he wheeled the large suitcase out to the car to head to the airport, one wheel broke right off. This created a stress that he did not need as he prepared to fly to a new country by himself. He had not even had a chance to truly use the luggage and it was already damaged. We were crushed for him and so disappointed in the quality of the product.

First leg of my trip, and there’s a hole in my suitcase. Not really sure what happened, but really frustrating for my first use. Otherwise, great luggage.

Love this luggage set. Rolled all 3 pieces through the airport by myself and they were fully loaded with my belongings!

I got another set of these after my last were destroyed by the airlines. I had hoped after 5 years they were stronger but after 1 trip the medium size suitcase was once again dented and even has a hole in the exterior of the case. The large survived the airlines and the smallest never experiences the airline checked bag torture so it had held up so far.

The set is light weight, sleek, and attractive looking HOWEVER after only owning the suitcase for 4 months the zippers are popping off. A suitcase is no good if internal and external zippers pop off. I’m hopeful this 2 year warranty will be of some benefit. Wanted to love this set! If this zippers stayed on and/or if I don’t have to give my first born to deal with the warranty I would be back to loving it. Good luck

Love this luggage. I do wish there were more pockets on the inside. But otherwise great product. The design stands out! So easy to roll. Champagne color makes it look more luxurious
