I installed this SSD in my Lenovo A40 all-in-one pc and it improved the speed tremendously. I also added 4 gb of memory for a total of 8gb. In now boots in less than 10 seconds!! In my ratings for Tech Support & Gaming, I gave it a 3, because I dont do gaming and I didnt need tech support, and there was no opportunity to choose Not Applicable, so those can be ignored.

NINGUN PROBLEMA, FACIL DE INSTALAR...ESO SI AL PRINCIPIO TODO PARECE MUY RAPIDO, LUEGO YA DA LA SENSACION DE SER UN DISCO NORMAL SSD DE 6 Gb/SEG...CREO QUE LA CLAVE ESTA EN EL TAL BUFER Q TIENEN ESTOS DISCOS Q UNA VEZ LLENO, YA TODO LO QUE QUEDE X FUERA FUNCIONARA A VELOCIDAD NORMAL, NO A LA ALTA VELOCIDAD Q PREGONA TENER...ES LA LETRA MENUDA Q LA MAYORIA DE GENTE NO SABE...DE TODOS MODOS, BUEN PRODUCTO, NO DA PROBLEMAS PARA NADA, ASI NO SEA TAN RAPIDO, TODOS SON IGUALES CON LO DEL TAL BUFER...

It works as advertised. I opened it and installed it into my board and it just makes loading games so fast. Games load in 15 secs or less. I have no clue about tech support or how good they are, I haven’t ran into any problems. My specs are Cpu: i9-9900k (not overclocked as of now) GPU: RTX 3060 Gigabyte Eagle dual fan Ram: 32 GB 3200 MHz Crucial ballistix Motherboard: MSI z390 gaming plus

True Image from Crucial copied install perfectly. Pretty quick, havent run any benchmarks, plenty of others have. It does run a bit warmer than the old drive. Storage Executive is well made, allows for monitoring and adjusting of some drive parameters.

Installed in a few years old gaming laptop. Although manufacturer limited hardware to 512GB, this was listed as compatible by Crucial with my laptop and it was. Very fast load times of everything, transfers on and off it also very fast. Future proof as Windows 10 and 11 getting close to 100GB install size (add to that updates). Will upgrade to Windows 11 when Windows 10 support ends in 2025. Ubuntu/Linux not quite there yet but close.

Super fast. Bit pricy but it’s NvME so whatever. I’d buy again for sure. Wish they came with M.2 screws tho.

I added this to a motherboard with an Intel 360 chipset with 8th gen i7. I wasnt sure it would be compatible, as the specific motherboard wasnt listed on Crucials website. I was upgrading from a SATA SSD 250g boot drive. Using the Acronis clone software available with it, I was quite surprised when the computer came up without any problems. I didnt run any before and after benchmarks, so it might just be confirmation bias, but the machine feels like its running faster. After upgrading this, I also replaced a 1tb spinner with a 1tb SSD for my data drive. This computer has given me zero problems, both before and after the change. Full disclosure, this computer is mainly used as a DAW. I do not game.

Purchased this M2 module to replace my Boot Drive that I was fast outgrowing and needed more space. Installation and duplicating my C Drive took some time, but was easy. So far, 3-weeks since installation, it is working great and its about 4X faster than my previous 2.5 SSD drive.

Ive owned many ssds and not necessarily nvmes for a while. I have devices with them, but I used this drive to install in my brothers pc setup. After roughly 20-26 days, my brother experienced some very odd stuff. The drive would suddenly say it had used 900 gb/1 tb. Afterwards windows would prevent him from logging in and it threw an error stating he was typing the wrong pin. What it turned out to be was the beginning of a failing drive. After we reformatted and cloned the drive again from new, we again tried to use the drive. This time we went through multiple BSODs and never got into windows again. I tried a long time before I hated to admit this, but the drive failed. I tried to find like 20 other things as the issue until I decided to call it quits. So I had someone buy a new drive for us which I will not name at this time (otherwise its like I am shilling for another company). So far the other drive works perfectly and I doubt it will happen again, but if it crashes after 20-26 days, Ill be back here to raise the star rating. Overall, I bet the drive is great, but I wasted a lot of time and effort helping my brother which would have been nice if the drive did not fail. I will boost the rating if the new drive fails as then it would be fair, but at this state I believe I am being fair with the review.
