> 3 dayExactly what I was looking for in terms of solid, sturdy metallurgy. Installation was exactly as expected but make sure you know what you’re doing before drilling into a roof or wall, bolting this down, installing. You need to find a beam, avoiding wires and plumbing - and this hardware does not come with instructions. I did not expect them so had no problem. If you expect them? To paraphrase: “Houston, you will have a problem.”

Greater than one weekThis is an excellent product as the reviews would lead you to believe. The bracket is very strong and easy to install. I have a 125+ lb (could be 150, not positive) heavy bag hanging from it, and it has absolutely no issue. I am a large guy, 63 230 lbs, with 15+ years of Karate and Kickboxing experience. This thing has absolutely no problem sustaining heavy blows in succession. With the chain and spring added, the swivel on the bracket rarely needs to move, but is very smooth when it does. One additional positive is not only does the hook/loop swivel, but the hook/loop hinges on the bracket so it can swing but more importantly it doesnt need to hang perfectly vertical.

> 3 dayI didnt get a chance to use this product and dont think that it deserves a 1 star in terms of its quality. However, I am giving it a 1 star because its difficult to install and they didnt include any tool for doing it. It was extremely difficult to install in terms of screwing the screws because there is just no room for maneuvering because of the wall on both sides of the mount. And this is not from me not having the right tools, its just bad design. You can find other mounts that are easy to install.
