> 3 dayI put this on a stud in my garage. Its absolutely perfect for my 100lb heavy bag. Super easy to drill in. After installing my bag, I hung on the bag for a few seconds (in 250lb), thing didnt even make a budge.

14-06-2025I like the style of the hook axle part. It looks like it will last a lifetime. The screws it comes with are too short if you need to go through sheetrock as well. I used other screws.
