> 3 dayI mainly use it for my 100lbs heavy bag. Keep in mind that the set up only comes with two lag bolts to used in wood. If youre going to mount the hanger on concrete then youll need the specific hardware for that. This hanger is excellent. Love the swivel. The carabineer meh. Im not too confident about it. I also recommend a heavy duty spring.

> 3 dayKit has everything that you need, except the supplied lag bolts are too short. Go with 5 inch by 1/4inch coarse groove and it will hold and bag that you need. Word of warning! Get help when youre on that ladder!
