Greater than one weekInstalled a 190 lbs Aquabag in the back workout room of my apartment. The spring holds about 600 lbs giving it some added relief from the weight of the bag. Good solid hold. Highly recommend.

> 3 dayI was really impressed by how easy it was to install and how heavy duty it seems to be. Unfortunately, after a few days of use, the carabiner broke. I can still use it to hang my heavy bag, but the end of the latch not only only got destroyed, but it somehow ended up going backwards. I was able to force the latch back into the correct position, but after using my bag again, it broke once more.
