Freud 34-104: 1/8 Radius Rounding Over Bit, EA, Multi

Good bit, just not the quadra cut which is pictured and described.

Well balanced bit. Good, sharp carbide. All Freud bits I own are among the best bits in the shop. This bit will make the radius cuts on head and foot cherry top bed rails. As anyone will tell you, using bits this big requires making more than one pass. Free shipping was pretty fast.

What can I say? Freud tools rock! Dont go cheap...buy the good stuff first and youll be happy.

I had trouble with white oak keep tear out. This bit solve problem

Quadras are in my opinion the finest, smoothest cutting bits out there and Ive had Whitesides, CMTs and a host of others. Its my preference in my speaker cabinet production shop. When doing roundovers more often than not we are blasting through some staple heads. No problem. Always wear eye protection.

This is a perfectly machined bit with 4 carbide cutting surfaces. Very sharp.

Great product, no complaints. This was a great addition to my tool chest. (not much more to say, but I need more words for the minimum!)

Good Freud bit. Didn’t realize how small a 1/16th round over is though. No point in routing one. One pass of sandpaper or block would give the same result.

Took 3 light passes to get to full depth of cut. Made a clean cut in various hardwoods to form juice grooves.
