Freud 34-104: 1/8 Radius Rounding Over Bit, EA, Multi

This is exactly as expected. I started buying Freud bits to replace old worn or damaged. Will continue to do so.

This thing is awesome. Exactly what you would expect from Freud.

I have a whole lot of various brand router bits (inclg standard Freud) and these are the best. Ive bought a number of different sizes of these, esp. the larger ones and they cut great. Smooth, clean, quiet(er) cuts.

Good product at a great price

This bit works flawlessly and is high quality as with all Freud tools on the market. The carbide is thicker than most and the bearing appears to be very good quality.

The quadra round over bits from Freud are some of the best on the market. I have both the 5/8 radius and the 7/8 and they are both outstanding. Very clean and tear free bits. I highly recommend them.

This router bit is typical of a Freud bit. It is well construted and smooth cutting. How can you go wrong?

I once read an interesting product blurb on the Freud quadra cutters that explained how half the blades cut up while the other half cut down to improve smoothness. However they do it - it works. If youre wanting to do full-radius bullnose finishing on 2-by stock - heres your product. One pass on each side (its a deep cut - dont go too fast...) and done. Smooth burnished cut that didnt need further sanding for my application. This is an expensive bit. Its worth it.

Nice to have a sharp bit that I didnt realize what I was missing by using the old dulled one. Good crisp cuts in a variety of woods most notably hard maple and purple heart. I have a fixed speed router that spins 27,000 so on some of the hard maple passes there is just a bit of burning left behind from the top quad portion of the cutters. Freud bits have been great for me and Ill continue to use them. Good price from Amazon too!
