> 3 dayThe Freud quadra-cut bits are great. Even with a roundover, run multiple depth passes for best results.

> 3 dayA++++ TRANSACTION / RECEIVED ON TIME / NO PACKING OR SHIPPING ISSUES. My Craftsman router bit absolutely butchered a piece I was working on . Perhaps I was expecting too much, but I decided to spend a little extra cash and get something that I could have a little confidence in. This bit is a beast. It did a beautiful job on the oak I used for my desk top. I am thinking about changing all my router bits to Quadra-Cut. Worth every penny. You can buy 2 cheap ones or one good one, thats what I learned:)

13-06-2025Very expensive. Good quality. 4 blade design doesn’t seem to improve performance when used with a router table. Extra top cutting blades unnecessary unless router is hand held.

16-06-2025Freud makes the best router bits by far. I wont buy anything else. It give a perfect round over without any burning or chipping.

> 3 daySolid router bits that make a nice profile with very minimal (if any) burning. Sharp cutting blades, like all of my other freud bits I expect a long service life before needing sharpened or replaced.

> 3 dayThis is a rounding bit with a 1/16 radius. With a small radius, you must be sure that your wood is perfectly flat, and the edge is true (straight). Any winding or edge-cupping will result in a poor result. The quality of the bit itself is typical Freud quality -- excellent. The 1/4 shank is fully adequate for this small amount of rounding. The carbide is well sharpened. I got this bit to match some store-bought walnut furniture, and it performed admirably. If I hadnt had to match other pieces, I would have probably used a plane or hand-sanded the radius. Most of my router bits are Freud, and I reach for them over the others whenever possible. All of the Freud bits (most of which are well-priced on Amazon) may be found at freudtools.com.
