This is great gaffers tape. First of all it comes off the roll fairly easily. You know, some of these gaffer rolls you are constantly fighting with and killing your fingertips trying to get the tape unrolled. Not so with this tape. It rolls out easily, tears easily and sticks well without leaving any residue. There isnt much more one could ask for with gaffers tape, is there? Beyond the tape itself, is the company. This tape is sold by webgage and fulfilled by amazon. When this roll of tape arrive I assumed there was some sort of mistake.... it looked used, dirty, with a torn core. I contacted the company immediately and they were profusely apologetic... they sent out another roll right away. It seems amazon had just pulled from the wrong pile. Mistakes happen so I am not concerned about that. Instead I was completely impressed by the swiftness of Webgages response. Within a couple of days I had not only a fresh roll of white tape (also fulfilled by amazon, but correctly this time) but also a fresh roll of the black gaffers tape for free. This company is a class act... they stand behind their product and want to make very sure their customer is satisfied. No, I dont work for the or have any affiliation with them. I had never heard of them or their gaffers tape prior to this purchase. I will, however, be sticking with them for my future gaffer needs. BOTTOM LINE: Excellent gaffers tape at a good price from a company that stands behind their product.

Since discovering gaffers tape I have used it extensively for two things it wasn’t meant for. 1) Im moving my farm from Mo to Wi and if you think THAT is anything less than a monumental task, you are wrong. I bought 40 of those large black heavy duty plastic bins with locking tops to pack and sort heav hand tools and hardware in to make moving -at least the farm end of things- easier. But nothing would stick to them! No Duct tape would last more than a few days or weeks with the changing humidity and temps on those super slick plastic tubs. It would just fall off. But this stuff does! And comes in colors so I can write on them with a Sharpie, then use different colors for different buildings for them to go to at the new place like; Purple for the house, Red for the garage, Yellow for the barn, Green for the workshop. . And this stuff tears easily, the Sharpie doesnt smear and it sticks tight and comes off cleanly! Wow. Finally. Something that actually works like its supposed to! 2) my ancient blind and deaf hound With dementia and urinary incontenence and now also sundowners, walks the house at night peeing and pooping. So I put him in diapers, then a belly wrap and then a waterproof diaper over it all and had to create non stretchy mitten clips of different lengths to secure it all onto his harness. Gaffers tape was the answer. Which also seals all the edges. Hey, it looks ridiculous but it works. yay gaffers tape! No more dog pee/poop in the morning. Dog is happy and I am too.

Tan color is good. Taping down electrical wires going across to the center island. Great, dont kick them around! Black Gaffer is good, but not to match golden oak parquet.

Excellent for hundreds of reasons. Better quality than other brands. Better than Amazon basic tape (residue). Keep buying again and again.

Cant go wrong with this brand

Works good on my mags. Good texture and holds well even when wet. Holds up good doing mag changes letting the mags hit the ground. Very pleased.
