It was a little difficult to set up. I cant say for sure if the problem was my interpretation of the instructions or the instructions werent clear. Whatever the problem it took 30 minutes to get it to work with Alexi. When I finally worked it out, the second outlet was easy to configure. These are perfect for my tree. I can easily turn all my decorations on and off. I will order another set for the family room.

These work great and are exactly what I needed however set up instructions are very very vague and scheduling instructions. don’t really exists. Still trying to figure out how to delete a schedule. Difficulties 8 had were found to be human error, would have been easier to clearly written instructions.

Great product, very easy to set up and to utilize. I have tried other Wi-Fi plugs before, and this is by far the best. Each socket can work individually, which makes it very convenient. I love it so far.

I bought a set of 8 of them a while ago and love them they work great and are super quick to use. This newest batch came and the box was all crushed and they were all over the place in the bag. Ill edit my review if theyre not working after testing. As for the first batch I only had occasional days where a routine in Google home would not trigger a switch to power on or off for our bearded dragons light. All in all great though and will most likely buy more.

I bought this so I could turn the recirculation pump on and off from upstairs. I have to agree with other reviewers...the set up can be a little frustrating. But anyone with decent tech skills can figure it out. It works well with the Alexa app or using voice commands with my Dot. Id say buy this plug if you dont mind a bit of a hassle during install. It was a good price and is working well.

Took me a minute to figure out exactly how to set this up but once I figured it out and all its capabilities I ordered more. I recommend using the Smart Life App and use the Bluetooth option for adding the plugs as I had trouble with wifi picking them up until I first found them with Bluetooth.

So I plugged it in and tried to get it to connect to my wifi took a bit but I had to connect it to the outlet near my router first and then move it to the outlet I wanted which was a bit further away and now works fine, but as for the Alexa integration, when I tried to connect it directly from the app I would get an error message that my Alexa app was not updated and I had to go through the Alexa app itself to add my devices but over all works great I would honestly get more once I need them

I couldnt figure out how to connect it to my phone and set it up, not user friendly, no instructions, but once its set up it works well. You need a tech friendly friend to set it up.

Slight issue get them to work right. Instructions on setting them up not real clear. Using them fid holiday lights. They work great once you master the set up
