> 24 hourIf you have nice wooden cutting boards or other kitchen accessories, one of the items you need to have on hand to prevent wear and cracking of those items is food grade mineral oil. I picked up a bottle of Howard BBB012 Cutting Board Oil a few weeks ago to treat our new pizza peel and it works great. Application is very straight forward... simply apply the oil directly to the wooden surface and then wipe with the grain using a soft cotton towel (Ive found that paper towels work pretty well in a pinch as well). After application let rest for 20+ minutes and then wipe clean to pick up any additional residue. If the surface is really dried out, or youre applying for the first time, it may be wise to repeat several times to really get a good seal. The result is a beautiful luster when you are done, almost as if you have applied a stain. Rich colors and the detailed grain patterns emerge. There isnt too much to say about the performance, its an oil, so it will make a mess if youre not careful. I recommend putting on less than you think you need. You can always apply more if its not enough! If you have nice pieces, its definitely worth a few dollars to keep them looking nice and ensuring that they will be around for a long time to come. We only have a few wooden cutting boards and this new wooden pizza peel (also from Amazon, see my other reviews), and I think this 12oz bottle will last at least a couple years, maybe longer. **Be sure that you NEVER run your wooden cutting board (or any nice wooden cookware for that matter) through the dishwasher. Always hand wash**

> 24 hourI love this. This was recommended to me by the company where I purchased my cutting board. This helps my board from looking dull and dry. This only lasted me for 3 months since I use it once every week. I wished there was a deal to buy a larger bulk. It’s a bit pricier but the results are nice

> 24 hourWe have a butchers block in the middle of our kitchen. It is an antique piece that definitely is a eyecatcher for our kitchen. That being said, it needs some love. I ordered this product and it totally revives the butcher block. The butcher block completely drinks up this oil. Another huge plus, we have soapstone countertops and a soapstone backsplash in our kitchen. We were told mineral oil will help restore luster and shine with the stone, especially after if has been cleaned. I cannot express how much this oil has improved our countertops/backsplash. They look better than brand new. I am so glad to have found this oil. It has exceeded my expectations.

> 24 hourThis a great product. I used it to protect a couple of bamboo cutting boards. I didnt have any problems. I found the best way to apply it was put a little on the cutting board and use a paper towel to spread over the cutting board. A little goes a long way. I would buy this again and recommend it.

> 24 hourThis cutting board oil is top of the line in my opinion. It does not change the wood color, does not leave it sticky, not too heavy. It keeps the cutting board looking like new, plus I use their conditioning oil to make sure my board is taken care of properly. Great oil!

> 24 hourIve used this product for many years. I use this food-safe mineral oil for lubricating kitchen shear pivot points, sealing wooden knife blocks, as well as sealing wooden cutting boards. A little goes a long way!

> 24 hourI got this product with the expectation of using it to improve the look of some badly neglected cutting boards. After being imprest with how easy it was to use and the results I got on the cutting boards I went crazy and started using it on other wood stuff in the kitchen such as spoons, a ladle, and a salad bowl. (I wish I had taken a before picture of the cutting boards. I did take a before and after picture of the ladle and the bowl. Ill attach them). You simply spread this oil on, no elbow grease required, let it rest for 20 minutes and wipe off whatever didnt soak into the wood and youre done. Its odorless, the wood feels protected and looks fantastic. I definitely recommend it.

> 24 hourBought another “food grade” mineral oil for my boards but turned out not to be food grade at all. Just a heads up for anyone looking for a product of this type. This one I LOVED!!!
