I selected this item as it is the same that was installed when the house was built 12 years ago. The installation was very easy and there were multiple references in the installation guide that one would have a difficult time missing the dishwasher knockout tab issue raised in other reviews. So far were pleased with the product. The price with free delivery, was less than the price at the local big box store. This disposal works great!!

I replaced an old disposal that was similar in appearance to this one. I just unplugged the old one from the electrical wall socket, twisted it off the retainer ring under the drain and put the new one on to the ring, twisted it tight, plugged it in, and Voila... all installed...Easy. Runs nice and quiet compared to the previous one. I am completely satisfied.

Our garbage disposal had been giving us issues for a while now so I decided to get this on Amazon. Arrived next day and it took my husband about 45 minutes to remove the old one and install this new one.

Very easy to swap out with my old garbage disposal. Suprised my husband and had it done by myself before he got home from work.

Comes with everything needed to install. Is super quiet and can handle just about anything you shove into it.

I had this same model for over 20 years with no problems. Recently started leaking,so I replaced it with a new Badger 5. Easy to install and so far working flawlessly. Hope it lasts as long as my last one.

got it today and installed it right away. much quieter than the previous version installed 10 years ago.

The same disposal lasted 14 yrs. I expect the same with this new one....
