Our last Insinkerator garbage disposal worked great for 10 years before it started leaking. I debated hiring a handyman to install a replacement but decided to watch a few installation videos first. Im so glad I did because this company makes it a snap to swap out their old models for new ones. I was able to switch out our 10-year-old model for a brand new upgraded one all by myself. The only issue I had was holding up the weight of the disposals on my own while disconnecting the old and reconnecting the new. I solved the issue by stacking up just enough books for the disposals to rest on so I didnt have to hold them. Note: Our old disposal was attached to our dishwasher with a pipe under the sink. The pipe lined up perfectly with the new disposal. If you dont have a dishwasher or plan to install one along with a new disposal, it might require hiring someone, unless youre handier than I am of course.

Works perfectly and came in a great kit. My boyfriend installed this in 20mins, and it works excellent! We had this one before and it pooped out on us, replaced it with the same one and this should hopefully last a long time like the other did

Its a exellent product at first it gives me some issue puting the unit from the sink, Iam not a pro Iam just a regular joe trying to fix it my self, anywayI like the way they put a plug no need to open the bottom and install it by screws, just plug and forget.

I like the garbage disposer. What I do not like is the price went down the day after I bought it, on Amazon. Cannot get Amazon to give me the difference.

This was a replacement with a similar model. My mother was very happy.
