Janome HD 3000 BE Black Edition with Exclusive Bonus Bundle

I bought my first Janome sewing machine 22 years ago. And after 22 years the reverse button got stuck. I am getting it fixed. In the meantime I purchase the Janome hd-3000be. I used it once when it arrived in January. It worked great. The second time I sewed on the machine (end of April) and thread began to fray and break in the area before the take up lever, and the thread get stuck or jam in the same area. I am horrified that I cannot return this machine. I did not buy warranty because of my experience with my first Janome. So, not only did I spend money on a new machine, but, I have to spend money to fixed it.

This machine is for sure heavy duty! I am impressed with the consistent stitch. My company Janeyandnell.com makes handmade handbags. I consistently switch from cloth to leather stitching in one project. This machine will not skip a stitch or loose the stitch quality sewing from thin material to 4 layers of soft leather! I keep my thread tension slightly above 4 for consistent tight stitch. I also use universal thread for continued use with all materials. I do not need a thicker thread for leather because of the machine quality. The value for this machine is amazing! Lots of extra feet and gadgets to sew all your products or hobbies. I have a Juki for additional stitching and embroidery. Honestly use this machine more for the quality of a consistent stitch. I also rarely have to change needles. I Have used the same universal needle that came with the machine for multiple projects and thickness of material. I highly recommend this machine for all cloth and leather/purse quality projects. It is a work horse for sure!

Oh I love this machine. It’s just perfect for me. I have others but this one is my favorite. It’s so easy to use. And very reasonably priced. There are so many to choose from and purchasing a machine can be mind boggling. This one does all I need. I love the black.

For quilting and garment repair etc. this is a tough mechanical machine. Not computerized and some might call basic. Basic is good. I own other Janome machines and guess you could call me a converted fan. Price is reasonable and I suspect the HD3000 will easily outlast me.

This is an amazing machine.. bought it after doing a whole lot of research.. was looking for a quality machine for a first time sewer .. so bought one for myself. Honestly live it better than my berinia that’s about 4k .. I live that it’s not computerized and Jess chance of it breaking down and having to replace a mother board . Thus machine will see demin like a breeze, easy to use .came with free walking foot

A birthday gift

Although I love my new Janome sewing machine, I cannot help but notice the quality of the machine itself. Everything up top is plastic and a very thin plastic at that. Does not want to close as tightly as my old Kenmore which truly was a work horse and was built like a truck. I hope that this machine lasts as long as my Kenmore which is over 22 years old and still working. The major reason for my purchase was that this touted heavy duty and I have to admit my older machine did not like doing heavy denim or thick layers. This machine has the basic stitches which I find I use 95% of the time, did not need anything with hundreds of stitches as I never use them.

I really love this sewing machine. It makes perfect stitches every time I sew. Top and lower stitches are perfect. Ive only had it for a day now and I see why so many people love this machine. I believe I will get many years of good sewing with this machine!

Love this machine. Does everything as it should. Transitions from light weight fabrics to heavy weight with no problem. So very, very easy to use. Does not have a lot of design options so if that is also what you are looking for this machine is not for you. For basic stitching and a few design options this is for you. I am in love with this machine and highly recommend it. Great, great value.

Love my Janome HD3000 - Used to make leather purses. Wish I could use on thicker leather - I have to shave the edges before sewing. But I still love the machine!!!!
