> 3 dayA great installment to the Kingdom Hearts series. Good Storyline, Voice-Acting, and Music The battle system is similar yet revamped for the title. No need to have played the others to enjoy, but definitely would add to the experience. Good replay value having 3 different story modes. All the good parts of what you would expect from a Kingdom Hearts game. A good play.

> 3 dayThis game is great! The amount of gameplay you receive from it is quite a lot(~30 hours for each POV) and it rarely ever gets boring considering theres 3 different paths to choose from, each with a different perspective and different big bosses(most of the smaller enemies are the same).

> 3 daythis game is a great RPG for any age. I was always attracted to square enix and capcom games. though i only had the first game from the kingdom hearts sequel which was kingdom hearts chain of memories, so naturally i believed that Sora would be the main character and so as Riku. but any who amazing game

> 3 dayI have never played a Kingdom Hearts game, as I do not own a PS2, backwards compatible PS3, or NDS. However, when I saw this game was coming out I was captivated. I purchased it recently, and am playing it now. I love the story telling, and the ability to play through the game as each of the three main characters (each with their own storyline). The concept of an RPG with Disney characters is genius. The gameplay is simple and the boss battles are enjoyable. I love the way that each boss is representative of its respective world/disney story/universe. The game is challenging, yet ultimately very worthwhile.

> 3 dayThis game is awesome! Explains a lot of the story telling of how characters became who they are and how they relate to the ten years between this game and the first Kingdom Hearts. Ties in really well with everything and get to see characters before they meet Sora, yet kind of do at the same time.

> 3 dayBirth by sleep takes place before the events of the first game. The scenario revolves around three characters: Terra, Aqua, and ventus. You play as each character and see their point of view of the story such as what they were doing and what happens to them. By beating each story, you can unlock a fourth scenario. There are pros and cons to the game but overall I enjoyed it. The pros to this game is that it is challenging which was good for me because after playing kingdom hearts 2 I thought future titles would be more easier but I was impressed by the tough boss battles. The new battle system is different from the previous titles and it does get annoying that I have to wait a few seconds to cast cure when Im at the point of dying. The story is good but it repeats a lot of scenes which get annoying. I was impressed with the final fight scenes and the appearance of a certain someone from final fantasy 7!! Overall the game is great and any kingdom hearts fan must have this game.

> 3 dayIve checked around, and this problem is apparently common among Birth by Sleep owners. But its also misunderstood by people who never experienced it (theyll give helpful advice about how your hand is probably too close to the Home key or youre pushing too hard against the back). For those of you who havent had this glitch its like this: In the middle of the game (sometimes several times in the middle of a battle, without pausing, making you lose), it pops up as if you pressed Home. Only, I did several experiments. I went through a situation where I figured it was gonna do it (top three besides battles are when you try to Install the software, moving between screens, pausing to the menu screen) and put the PSP on Hold. No way I could have pressed Home but it did it anyway. So then I thought maybe somethings wrong with the memory card? Popped it out, and the game still did this. Could it be the PSP? Nope. It did NOT run this way with any other game I tried to play. It seems to be the UMD itself too, not the software or firmware or anything like that. Im likely going to need to buy a new disc.

> 3 daySuch a fun game. Better than the first game after its remaster on ps3. The fighting is pretty easy to get the hang of and the graphics are cleaner than the first one. I have really enjoyed it so far.

> 3 dayOne of the best Kingdom Hearts games period. It helps connect all the worlds and will hopefully be expanded upon in Kingdom Hearts 3. Highly recommenced as it has one of the best battle systems in any RPG ever.

> 3 dayKingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep just might be the best-playing game in the entire series so far. It takes the fluid, dynamic battle system from Kingdom Hearts II and layers on top of it an ability system that is wholly borrowed from Crisis Core: FFVII. Beating up Heartless with a Keyblade has never been more pleasurable: the game just FEELS good. The overarching narrative, told through three independent-but-intertwining campaigns (shout out to Suikoden III!), offers some superb backstory for the original trilogy and creates a trio of protagonists who have compelling arcs in which you want to invest. On the downside, however, the integration of these original stories with the Disney narratives upon which theyre superimposed is just about the flimsiest in the whole series--one WANTS to care about the Disney worlds, but one has to try really, really hard to even come close. If youre even a smidge invested in the Kingdom Hearts mythos, this game is enormously rewarding (though most of your narrative payoff will come at the end of each of the campaigns). If you like a good action game with lots of fun, varied abilities, this game will please you through and through (and you can feel comfortable skipping the cutscenes). If neither of the above applies to you, you probably ought to look elsewhere.
