This is a no brainier, no more searching for my tape measure Everytime I make a cut on my miter saw.

Whoever came up with this idea had a true flash of brilliance. I use this measuring tape every single day. It is attached to a 6 foot table where I process outgoing packages. I can use it in photographs to show sizes, and I can get quick measurements without having to recall where I last left my traditional measuring tape. Because I didnt have a recess at the edge of the table, I was concerned that the tape would stick up too much, but I havent had a single issue with it.

I used these tapes on my home made router able as well as my band saw, the result is good, but there is one problem.. they are not strong enough to withstand the heavy activity while working around them and moving the tools on them.. the got broken and or faded...

Purchased this for use on a Kreg rail with flip-stop for my miter saw. The tape fits perfectly into the rail and is very easy to read. We had the same tape installed on our previous miter saw and it still looked like new after 5 years. Adhesive backing holds the steel tape down well with no curling at the ends.

Great thing to have for anyone wanting a tape measure built in to their workbench or station. I built a miter saw bench and the tape saves a lot of time on my projects. I installed it right to my fence so I can align my stops much quicker.
