> 3 dayI wish it had a refill cap on the top so I dont need to remove the whole tank to refill the tank! This is especially important if kids need to refill the tank, there are some risk of slipping the tank from kids hand when filled with water and heavy!

> 3 dayI use this humidifier just at night when sleeping. I probably use about 3 gallons of distilled water a week. Its easy to clean and use. My main concern is the sleep mode. Unless I did something wrong or misunderstood, I tried sleep mode one night and the humidifier kept going all night and didnt shut off. The moisture level got high and irritated my allergy symptoms. Since then I only use the auto mode. That always shuts off once the set moisture level is reached. When sleeping Ive turned off the display which is really nice! Ive even fallen asleep with it on without issues. I really like that I can use the app to turn it on/off, set the levels, get notifications if the water runs out, and etc. Finally this humidifier is small enough for this scoliosis person to fill (top fill), clean and carry (has a handle) with no problems.

10-06-2025Ive had the humidifier for a few months and loving it. With the wifi function, its very efficient. I just wish Levoit would provide instructions on how to wash and clean the top cover where the steam comes out.

> 3 dayI live in Arizona and it is very dry here. I bought this to replace my evaporative humidifier in my bedroom. The problem is with the sonic types of humidifiers they produce copious amounts of white mineral dust. This dust clogs my CPAP filters after a couple of days. The small particulate dust gets around the filters as well and fully coats the interior of my CPAP machine. It creates a very earth smell when using the CPAP. I know that I can use distilled water to reduce that issue but that becomes costly. My recommendation is to avoid these types of humidifiers if you have a CPAP device in the room. My other issue is the lack of controls to set the humidity level. I believe you can use an app but I did not get that far into the process and would really prefer to have that option as a physical control on the machine.
