> 24 hourParts were exactly as described, and shipped to my door in 10 days. Very inexpensive repair. Plan for 2 hours, and dont touch the very large capacitor (large tube with two electrical connections).

> 24 hourIt was an exact replacement for the gear and shaft that I needed to fix my garage door. The parts seemed identical to the OEM part that was in the opener. The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 was because I could see someone having a little bit of difficulty with the directions. There are no pictures / diagrams. If you read the directions and just look at the unit you are able to put 2 and 2 together with just a little bit of common sense, but I could see some being confused by just using those directions. I had no issues with the install and was able to take the unit apart, replace the part, and have it closed up and running in just over 2 hours (I certainly wasnt rushing - but Id allow about 2 - 2.5 hours for the repair). The cost of the part certainly justified my time rather than replace the entire garage door opener!
