NAR6595A NAR6595 Motorola Original APX 764-870 MHz Single-Band GPS Stubby Antenna

I have used this in place of my issued antenna on my police radio. The short antenna prevents my arm was catching on it like the long one has. I have not noticed any difference of connection with this short antenna vs my old long one, even when working far out.

Broke after a couple of months.

Much better length for a vest mounted radio. Signal loss was an issue, especially in moderate-weak signal areas. But overall I’m happy with it

Works perfectly, exactly as described. Great reception in basements, elevators, big buildings, jails, still maintains the GPS also.

This compact anntenna works great. The size is perfect, my original antenna was constantly poking in my armpit and just overall in the way. The signal strength is excellent, make the switch, you will be glad you did.

Awesome antenna

Perfect replacement for that ridiculously long antenna that came with the 8000. I’m sure I’m breaking some sort of dept policy by replacing the old one, but whatever. At least now I don’t look like a WW2 radio operator or Boba Fett. No loss in signal or coverage. I just made the nerdy tech guys mad at me, but it works just fine.

Love the size of this but the signal is not as good as the factory one. It works really well in close range but farther out it doesnt do as well as the longer one

Works great so far. Not as great of reception as the longer antenna when in big buildings or underground but that was expected. The shorty is out of the way though.
