My winter white loves the small size house - it is very cozy for her, and would not recommend this size for a larger hamster

I havent been rough with my hamster house but if i was it would probably break. I put legs on the house so it could stand up for my hamster and she can dig underneath. Spaz my hamster has chewed the bottom corner of the house, youre hamster might aswell and if you dont want that then you cant really stop them from chewing on the house.

My hammy was slow to move in, but he made a second nest inside it.

I adopted a ghost hamster, one who is shy around people despite socializing attempts, and he seems to love this house. Hes a large Syrian and this offers plenty of room. The lid comes off for easy health checks and cleanings. My hamster uses the room farthest from the entrance as his sleeping food storage 1 space. the middle room is extra food storage and he keeps the entrance empty. It seems he likes having all those options within the home, especially since hes shy. The top of the home offers a great space to add his dust bath and other cage features. Its very sturdy and I had no problems with the seller.

Chester immediately took to this 6 room habitat. I love that the top comes off and has dowels to keep the lid in place. Chester has dug an exit under the box and he enjoys the hole in the top. The lid is solid and has plenty of room for his wheel, a saucer, or more decor. I think I will stain it with craft pain, like the birdhouse, to fit the naturalistic theme.

Arrived quickly. My Syrian, Bubbles, loves it! Looks great. No complaints.

This is a great product. I absolutely love it and it’s almost perfectly well made. It’s a good size for a 5 or 5 and half inch Syrian hamster. I did noticed that one of the wooden pieces corner wasn’t lined up, so you may just need to adjust it. Other than that, it’s a really good product.
